Read instructions it’s easy
I’ve installed many over the years and this is by far the BEST in this price range. Easy install and programming

it works at normal temp less than 90 degrees
I gave this 4 stars for the sellers, but 3 stars for the product. The lock does not work if the temp real hot, 90 degrees outside (if uses as an exterior lock). I must give the company who sells it props, for standing behind their product. Why? After installing the lock for 1 year, I decided to now install the batteries. Only to find that the electronic features did not work. I contacted the company, and they send me a replacement. The replacement also failed a few days later. Then I notice it only works when the weather was cooler.

Great Product
We have two of these. The only problem we had was that if a little one gets out they cannot get back in. Easy to install. Easy to change the code and can have multiple codes. Works great

Competent security handle with some fit and finish issues.
Defectuve design. All these handles have a fatal flaw that the support team has admitted to. There is a software fault that can cause an irrecoverable mode. Don't waste your money on this defective product. This is a capable security door handle. I have had Schlage, Yale, and now this brand of these handles. Yale has the best touchpad of them all, and this matters because a large amount of the feel of quality comes from the touchpad, followed by the handle and the latch assembly. The latch assembly wears out quickly and the tiny screw holding the handle on becomes loose allowing for accidental removal. When attached to the door the unit doesn't sit as flush as I want it to. It also comes with a key but the keyhole is behind the handle, you have to remove the handle to expose the key mechanism. This doesn't make any sense to me. It only works as a horribly inconvenient emergency method to open the door should the batteries of electronics fail. I would have been much happier if the handle sat properly in the door. I installed it and tested it and it works just fine for a short while, but it has a bit of an issue with fit and finish. This door handle will require early replacement and is not worth your money or your time.

WOW that was EASY! So much better than the Z*will I tried
Straight forward and very easy installation and programming. Quality, easy to place screws (hear that Z*llow). Programming too was easy (still there Z) the only thing here is that you can stick with the default codes whereas I think a they should be forced to be changed on installation. Took me 10 minutes start to finish as compared to a couple hours and a lot of swearing with the Z* model's tiny screws and flimsy mounting plate. This model allows exiting a room without unlocking from the inside which is the main reason the other is going back after all that work.

Good well made product. Instructions suck.
I like the entry keyboard lock. It looks good and operates reliably. BUT the operating instructions fail to mention that you have to touch the asterisk button on the keypad after entering the user code. Otherwise the lock won’t open. I spent several hours entering user codes before trying the asterisk and getting the lock to open. Also the keypad has to be lit when you enter the user code. This should be made clearer in the user i;structions. Absent these problems I would have given it 5 stars.

One out of the two of the same lock I bought opened with ANY combination until I did reset it
I bought two of these locks last summer and I've been using them since then and I've been very happy with them as they look super cool and worked just fine and I thought that they're well worth their price compared to other locks available. Since I only used the combinations that I set them up with to open them, I haven't realized until recently, that one of them actually opened with ANY combination. I set mine up with a 6 digit code, but then I had realized that any code, 4 digits or more, actually opened the lock, just the same and I had been living with an entry door that could've been opened with any combination by anyone, for almost a year. When I noticed this, I had started to use an additional mechanic lock to keep my door safe which kind of defeats the purpose of having the keyless digital lock in the first place. Since the return window on this lock had already closed, I contacted the seller about my issue. They sent me instructions on how to reset it, which I did and since then my lock works perfectly. The reset can be done only from the inside, so it's safe. I wish I had known this a while ago, but eventually the issue got fixed and I'm happy with my lock again. I still recommend it and still think that this is one of the coolest looking lock which well worth it's price.
