2-Pack Ballet Stretch Bands with Foot Mini Loop, Natural Rubber Dance Bands

As a fitness trainer with a stretching certification I love these bands! I also like that it comes with a pamphlet with stretches on it. Between me and some of the people I coach it has helped with getting a greater range of motion. Not to mention it also comes with a carrying pouch making it easy to bring along from place to place.

I started dancing Traditional Chinese dance when I was 17, a pretty late time to start dancing as a career but I do it for fun. In Chinese dance, it’s especially important to be flexible; it’s almost like a mix of ballet and gymnastics since we incorporate back bend, cartwheels, and etc. to our choreography. I wasn’t naturally flexible so I would always dread when I do splits because I couldn’t go down completely. After using Ttolbi stretch bands for two weeks I could almost go into a split. I recommend using the band for “Leg Press from Ground” and “Half Front Splits” for a more effective stretch. The shorter resistance bands also helped me with core especially when I have to hold my abs and lower body in the air. I highly recommend this product because it comes with a bag making it easier to carry around and the stretching guide helps a lot. A little problem about the band is that it’s a bit slippery so it’s easy to slide off your feet. I recommend tying 3 knots to your feet so it doesn’t slide of that easily. And as my dance teacher always says “it’s never too late to dance.” I also believe that even if you’re not improving dramatically, little improvements will always add up to a bigger one in the future. Therefore, never give up and keep stretching with TTolbi stretching bands. We can do it!

We have been using these bands for over a week to daily our stretching workout. And it’s been an excellent addition. Bands are durable and high quality . Very nice color selection. Comes with the pouch for traveling. We also brought this to our travel meet and very useful for everyday to prepare our competition ready. Highly recommended!

All the bands and bags were of good quality but I wish the bags were larger.

I have only used it once (because I am busy with activities of higher priority), but that first time I used it, it is true to it’s product name. But, I have to dock a star for the provided QR code which I was sceptical.
