Medline Insulated Hospital Cup, Bedside Carafe, 32 oz, BPA-Free, Leak Resistant, Includes Lid & Straw

I’m not sure why I love these things so much, but here I am leaving a review for a hospital-style water jug, lol. These things are inexpensive (here on Amazon anyway; if you take one home from an actual hospital they’ll charge 10x this price to your insurance). They’re plastic, lightweight, easy to clean, and keep water cold for a reasonably long time (not as long as a Yeti or RTIC will, but long enough to finish the jug without ice melting). Lids are snappy and secure, straws are rigid and stay put nicely, and overall it’s comfy to handle — not too clunky, and the insulated walls keep the outside from getting too sweaty or slippery. Basically perfect tumbler for everyday usage. Not super heavy duty, but durable enough to survive handling by small kids and occasional drops from the desk/ table. My husband likes these too and I always keep one filled for him when he’s working from home (with our cat who has a penchant for knocking glasses over). Also it’s graduated! In cc/mL which I appreciate. 10/10. Please don’t raise the price! These things are ridiculously overpriced in hospitals.

Amazon brought to my porch. Rang bell. Waited. I retrieved 1 clear cup 28 oz. Somewhat insulated. Large base “no tip” and large open mouth. Has a cover and straw.

I needed to replace the one my dad got from the hospital. He loves using it to keep track of how much water he is drinking per day.

Great item for being able to track how much fluid you drink in a day. The measurements on the side of the cup are easy to read and after washing them the markings are still on them, so the marking don't seem to wash off like some others do. I don't know how they will be after multiple washings, but for now they are just as they were when I purchased the cups. The only thing about them is that the flip tops on top of the cup lid aren't very durable. They tend to fall off, although easily put back on. They come with a reusable straw with a cap to cove the straw when not in use.

These carafes were introduced to me after I had my child and my life was never the same. I was habitually dehydrated before I started using these. I have never been more successful in drinking adequate water than when I have had one of these next to me.

The cover is very flimsy. It will break. Good idea for leak resistant, but poor workmanship. Even if it is only $6. but the quality should not reflect the cost. It's not a good deal.

I love this cup!!! I was introduced to it during a hospital stay. It lasted for over a year until I dropped it, filled with water, and cracked it. So happy I was able to buy these on Amazon! I dont care for the straw because of difficulty in cleaning any straw but it came with it.I appreciate it notes the amount of water I drink each time, in ounces, and cc/ml. It is light and easy to carry. I never wash it in the dishwasher for fear it may compromise the plastic. I purchased a few in case I drop another and one would be readily available to replace. Highly recommend it!!!

The pitcher will crack around the handle after two drops which is why I gave it 3 stars.
