Excellent steam floor cleaner. Found very easy to use with good results.

Very easy to use and assemble, cleaned floors well. Haven't used all the attachments yet but seem easy to use.

Bought for the second time after the first one broke. Just randomly stopped after about 2 years. Same thing happened my sisters one. After shopping around again I realised I just wanted that one again ! Really easy to use although I only use it on floors. Mop head with frills is better than the smooth one that comes with it if you have a textured floor. They can be bought separately

I have arthritis and find this steamer very easy to use I previously bought a red steamer of the same brand and gave it to my daughter and she loves it. I love this product as it glides across the floor and leaves it shinning and cleans it perfectly and all the attachments do the job they are meant to do so the house is gleaming. Would highly recommend.

I love these steam mops this is my second one I think my other broke because I put a little disinfectant in the water tank even though it says not to although I did have it for a while. I love that you can do so much with it. It is easy to use all the attachments and great for deep cleaning surfaces.

Steaming the floor wise it is perfect. Very easy to use but to remove stubborn grease you need elbow grip. It's too hard to brush before getting the result that I wanted I need to use 2 hands and push down the steamer otherwise you will spend 4 hours to remove or get the result you wanted. The handle of the steam is a bit flimsy I'll say. Like if you push pull quickly it will break. I don't know if I'm using My steamer hard but that's the way I clean... I just manage to use this after 11 months. I forgot I bought this. 😅😅 I intend not to clean my stove over Christmas to see if its a good one, but it is easier if I use normal sponge and fairy and just clean it after using it🤣🤣. Cleans perfectly the whole house

I was wowed by the adverts for this tbh , so I thought I'd give it a try , so far I've gone through every room in the house and even my neighbours lol , it has many functions even one for window cleaning !!!!! So yes so far I would recommend

This was a very big disappointment. It switches on but does not heat up at all AND SO, NOT making any steam. Not at all like the demonstration on it. I’ll advise not to waste your money on this item

Did not get any of the additional accessories, just the mop, and usual attachments. No extra pads as advertised.

The steam mop has never turned on and the seller does not take responsibility for the technical fault without using it. Unforturnately, never recommend this kind of product as it's waste of money.

No steam came out and so I didn’t even get to use it. Don’t buy it… or take the risk.
