These come in smaller quaintities or variety pack? I absoulutly don't need 200+ bags; only 20-25. Or anybody wanna swap extras?

They usually come 200 in a bag -maybe you can look for another seller they might sell it in 50 pack

Will these work in a pressure cooker?

These pouches work in a steam autoclave at 250 degrees for 20 minutes so should work in a steam pressure cooker with the same heat and time parameters. Just make sure they are not sitting in water

Does the pouch have an expiration date printed on it?

Very tiny imprint on the flap has an expiration date. This batch I am using says 3/2023. Shows lot number and a small space for sterilization date
