Savior for IBS sufferers
I take this plus Peppermint Oil and no longer take prescription meds that only made my symptoms worse. I urge anyone with IBS to give this a try. Stick with it and take it every day. If you skip days, you will notice. I felt better in a week and symptom-free in a month. Also, I read that you should store probiotics in the fridge to help maintain potency.
