Does this product stick to wooden column outdoors and not deteriorate in hot climate?

This protector can stick to wooden column,but can't work at high temperatures for a long time, there is the possibility of deterioration

What adhesive spray would work to use with the adhesive backs to stick well on painted not all smooth cement/concrete area inside my parking garage?
