Looks great out the box, but was previously broken, and resold...

It looks great in my tank, and I have had this installed now for about a month, and the first time i remove it from the tank to clean it, I find out it was previously broken, and apparently epoxied back together... Not sure how to contact someone for a replacement, as amazon makes that part difficult... Please help...
