Play Ball, Amelia Bedelia: A Hilarious Illustrated Baseball Story for Beginning Readers (Ages 4-8) (I Can Read Level 2)

I bought this book for my daughter for Christmas. She is 6 and in Kindergarten, so she is just now learning to read. I had some concern that this book would be too long and with too many bigger words, but it is perfect for her. She can read this entire book and she loves Amelia Bedelia! She’s been asking for more Amelia Bedelia books.

One of the best books I ever read so far.

I was so happy to come across these books for my granddaughter! I read them as a child, which would have been over 30yrs ago. I loved them then and love them Now! I'm happy to hear my granddaughter giggling as she reads these wonderful, funny stories. Thank You!

Any book my granddaughter will sit and read is a winner

I volunteer in a shelter and buy these books to give out to the children. They are suitable for many ages, especially when considering disadvantaged reading levels, and are fun to read. The price point makes it affordable for a give away!

Used for college class for a 2nd grade student to read. It was perfect and related to her interest in softball.

Encore un livre de l'étourdie Amelia Bedelia. Ma fille de 9 ans adore ces histoires très drôles à lire et écouter. Il est intéressant d'avoir le CD, ainsi ma fille (française mais dans une école bilingue) se familiarise mieux avec la prononciation et peut ensuite relire le livre seule avec un bon accent le bon accent tonique. Je recommande toute la collection des Amelia Bedelia, domestique étourdie et très très drôle.
