Love these cookies!
The Double Chocolate cookies are excellent and I highly recommend them! I did try the Chocolate Chip, which were very good, and the Peanut Butter, which were okay. Honestly, the Peanut Butter didnโt have much taste so I smoothed a bit of peanut butter on top. Iโve also cut a Double Chocolate cookie in half and spread low carb ice cream between the two halves for a low carb ice cream sandwich. Delicious! Btw, Iโm diabetic and these cookies have had no impact at all on my glucose readings. :)

Good Lord, NO.
There might be peanut butter essence in these, but there is nothing even remotely resembling the actual taste of peanut butter. They're weirdly sticky, and have an off flavor that's not quite rancid, but close. .The chocolate chip in the original recipe *was* good, and a blessing to Keto-ers everywhere..but they got greedy and couldn't leave well enough alone, so went messing with the recipe (calling it an improvement - nope they're now just not good), made them smaller, and doubled the price. The only thing still edible in their entire line are the waffles. Hopefully they won't mess with those.

Meh
I may have been searching for the unicorn of low carb cookies but was not overwhelmed with this. It's dry, it's soft without good chew, the chips taste ok and the chocolate comes through - but ... after the first bite I didn't want a second. So I covered it with cream cheese and sweetener and it was better than nothing. On the good side, these guys fill you up so work well for a grab snack to keep hunger away.

Tastes good, but is it better and is it a cookie?
As a low-carb person (keto before keto was cool) I am always on the look out for new baked or candy products that will satisfy my occasional sweet tooth. Having heard good things about Know cookies I decided to give them a try. The first thing you notice when biting into it is.........it's not cookie. More like a dense flat muffin. I believe a baker would say the dough is rather "cakey". It's crumbly and thick, not crunchy or even really chewy. The texture reminds me a great deal of Nutrisystem cookies. But, if you get over the fact that it is not really a cookie, the flavor profile is actually very good....hence the 4 stars. Here is where they have Nutrisystem beat. I have tried the chocolate chip and double chocolate and both had good chocolate flavor, the right amount of sweetness and a good flavor to the dough that did not taste overly processed. I also find many of these "cookies" have so much dietary fiber that they taste like, well, like they have a lot of dietary fiber! Not so with these (almost....but not really). So, are they better? Yes, I do think they are better. Better nutritionally than a "regular" cookie and better tasting than some (many?) keto cookies. They make a nice snack and they are a good size so that when you are done you feel like you ate something. But it's not a cookie :-)

These make the keto lifestyle easy
These are my favorite flavor of the Know cookies. But chocolate chip and double chocolate are a tie for a VERY close second place. I love the PB Know cookie topped with sugar free chocolate peanut butter as a super fast and easy breakfast, loaded with fats and low in carbs. And the taste? Wow, it's one of the best tasting keto friendly products I've tried. Thank you for making easy to transport and delicious keto friendly products. It's a product I can feel good about my college age son grabbing and taking with him to school for a quick snack or part of a meal that keeps him in ketosis. Since he is on the keto diet as a therapeutic tool to treat seizures, his compliance is of the utmost importance. Know cookies make it simple and tasty to stay on track and not want to cheat!

Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover
Although these cookies taste absolutely awesome, for an extremely low carb product, there is something very sneaking going on. I have bought these cookies, for close to a yr. I actually overstocked myself, and took a couple of months off, before purchasing again. Hmmmm...the cookies, and the box were much smaller! Up until this purchase, there were 8, 4oz cookies, = 32 oz, 2 pounds. Upon closer examination , there are STILL 8 cookies, but only TWO ounces each! This equals 16 oz, or, ONE POUND! The price is actually UP, a slight amount, however, not significant . So...Great cookies, half the weight, same price! Did the Know Cookie Company, actually KNOW this, get us hooked on a good cookie, and think we would not notice? I actually purchased 2 boxes, without realizing I had been had! I am going to search for a more honest brand. They are not inexpensive....17. Or 18/ box, if memory serves me right! Too bad, they have just lost a very loyal customer.

Delicous, chewy, and moist
I have been looking for a more healthy alternative to Toll House cookies which are my go to snack. The challenge has been finding a cookie that has real ingredients and actually taste good and is a real baked cookie. The KNOW Foods Peanut Butter has done the job. First off there are no strange ingredients like sugar alcohols, synthetic sweeteners, and hard to pronounce fiber sources. These are made from ingredients in your pantry. The mouth feel and taste are what converted me. They are moist and chewy with a rich mouth feel. The flavor is a combination of almond, peanuts, coconut, and flax seeds- very satisfying and rich without being overly one note. I really like the non-flavor of Allulose. There is zero weird sweetener taste and absolutely no aftertaste. Not too sweet either. I might try and make these at home!

Bad flavor
I've only tried 2 flavors: cinnamon and double chocolate. The cinnamon is tolerable (still not good, and I wouldn't repurchase), but the double chocolate is disgusting (it tastes nothing like chocolate and a lot like cardboard). The texture isn't good, either. If you're looking for low-carb cookies for your keto diet, I would recommend Fat Snax (their double chocolate is pretty good!) or The Keto Bakery or Bett3r Keto.
