This is the best shop light I have ever used. It is really small; you can hold it one hand or take it off of its base if you want, sometimes I hang it off my hood latch. or I set it off to the side and cast i under my whole truck so I can see everything Imdoing. it is very bright and does its job well. Ive had pretty bad experience with LED lights in the past-- seem to always just die out on me-- so I'm hoping I got a little more life out of this one. it seems pretty durable so far. Very happy with my purchase thanks

I bought one of these to install inside my large sandblast cabinet. When I received it, I was very pleased with the very bright and homogeneous lighting it provided. Took it apart to revise the wiring and installed it inside the cabinet. Works FABULOUSLY, and I am so impressed with the brightness that I bought a second one for use as a portable work light. The stand provided with it is very flexible in terms of providing a well positioned light source for the particular job.

It produces lots of light without the heat of a halogen. I also like that it's lightweight and rotates to direct light to your work. It appears to be of good quality and a value. I cannot comment on how long it lasts yet.

This is my second unit from this firm, but with a bit more lighting power. It hangs over my work bench and gives better light than my previous shop light; and can be taken down, and re-attached to its stand for use in other locations.

Alright listen, I needed a shop light. Found this one, thought "cool, a shop light" gets to my house. Maiden voyage, working on the car in the garage. Plug in, click the little red button, (careful now) AND I UNLEASHED THE POWER OF THE SUN. boy I tell you I had to put pandora back in the box for a bit. I was seeing was I presume to be what an acid trip looks like, given the rays of eternal sunshine hit me directly in the retinas. Bottom line. Badass light. Would recommend.

I bought this for doing maintenance on my cars and as a camping or emergency light to plug in generator. It will light up a whole room. Very bright & efficient. Hopefully it lasts. I haven’t used it yet for more than a few minutes. But it’s great so far.

great price - too bright even on peripheral vision

Using this light for examining drywall, baseboards, trim, and other odd jobs around the house. Quite bright with a color spectrum close to daylight. Also used it one night to illuminate a porch for some outside work. Has a built-in power switch, and a long enough cord to make it convenient. Small, but built quite well, especially the sturdy electrical connection to the unit. Only gets slightly warm during use, with little risk of melting tools/surfaces like the old halogen lamps. Light enough to easily carry up a scaffold or a ladder. The only feature missing would be a built-in hook at to top to attach to things while working, but this was easy enough to fashion-up a hook out of scrap wire.
