Crosley 1975T Turntable System with Bluetooth, CD, Am/FM and Included Speakers, Walnut

I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend last year. We use it all the time and it's very stylish and a good addition to most home decor. A year later and it still works great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for themselves or as a gift.

I saw the many low-star reviews on Amazon and really wish I had listened to their warnings. I thought "Mine'll be good, these people are just too picky about thier products." I was very wrong.-The item broke as soon as I took it out of the box; one of the plastic clips that holds the vinyl player cover in place broke off without any effort at all.-The speaker wires on the speakers are way too short so you cannot place the speakers where you want, they have to be right next to the unit. Also, the speaker wires were permanently fixed so you could not replace them with some longer ones.-The input switch is very loose so you have to be just right when selecting radio/cd/phono; one little bump and the switch moves to the other source. The AUX ports in the back were defective, a few of the audio channels were going in and out or not coming in at all causing the music sound rough, hollow, and scratchy; this meant I could not listen to a different vinyl player that was plugged into the unit. Tried it with a variety of known-good AV cables.-Out of frustration and curiosity, I tried the onboard vinyl player; the plate scrapes up against the base at every rotation causing an annoying scraping sound every 2 seconds.I bought this because I wanted something vintage-looking to play my records on. The only pro I can add to the list is that it does look nice in that regard; unfortunately, that's all it is good for. As far as functionality is concerned, this is a piece of crap and I will not buy a product made by Crosley ever again.

The media could not be loaded. I'm one to give brands a break. Crosley, not known for their quality has introduced many people to vinyl with mixed results. They should have made enough money over the years to finally start improving their products. So, here we are... the 1975T all-in-one system.First, the good..It's cool looking and really hits the retro vibe pretty strong. Although, the LED back-lighting is an easy tell (a bit too blue), it does look like an old 1970s compact stereo system. The tuner is analog, the CD player is fairly inconspicuous considering it is in front, the overall sound is decent and on par with a compact stereo from yesteryear...maybe a tad bit better. The turntable is a couple notches up from the usual Crosley fare. This has a basic suspension and the cartridge is magnetic, not ceramic. That's a huge thing. It won't eat your records.But then there's the bad. The tuner is off. For instance if a station is at 106, the dial reads 106.5. It seems to have poor rejection from close stations and there is no "stereo" indicator. I can overlook these things. But...there is a grounding/shielding issue with the turntable motor. Yes, the speed is almost spot on, but as soon as the motor starts spinning, a hum comes through the speakers. It reminds me of an old turntable that doesn't have the ground wire fastened properly. So...using this to transfer albums probably isn't a wise choice. It's a shame, because the sound quality of the cartridge is really quite good. See my video about the motor noise.I'm giving it 4 stars, but it's really a 3 1/2 in my book. If it didn't have such a pronounced motor noise, I would have given it a 5.

This is how it came to me. No outer box and not new! Thanks to Amazon for helping me to get a new one, hope it arrives in better shape. As you can see no styrofoam packing, lid broken as speakers were lying on top.Just 10/16 received replacement Crosley! Perfect, new as it should be, set it up and WOW it is awesome!!!! Love it, great sound in a small package.

We were really excited about this turntable! We have tons of vinyl and have had a Crosley and Victrola all in one in years past but decided to upgrade to one with bookshelf speakers so we decided on this unit. Plus we loved the aesthetics of this unit give us a feeling of going back into time!Before making this purchase we did extensive research and watched a couple of YouTube videos on the product. I knew that the unit had many poor reviews but I figured that it was more the user and less about the product. We were optimistic!Here’s where we had the issue. Long story short we noticed that the sound coming from the right speaker was soft and almost inaudible on all functions and no sound at all from the right speaker on Bluetooth function. Strange right? So, of course, then we did troubleshooting. We switched the speaker wires to the other speaker. Then, same issue. Contacted Crosley directly, they said that the issue was likely inside the port and that it wasn’t an easy fix so to contact the vendor for replacement. Contacted Amazon vendor, they were out of stock. Contacted Crosley again, not solution offered. Disappointing. Again, long story short, the Amazon vendor we purchased from was great about returning the product and refunding since they were out of stock.If you are looking for quality, look further. You always get what you pay for. If you’re looking for cheap, pretty and “possibly” functional then go ahead. I would not recommend it though.

I bought this, hoping for something new and fresh in the vinyl world, but it has many flaws. Every new vinyl I play skips in some way but plays well on other players. It’s disappointing because I love the look of this player.

I love the style of this product. The wood grain look along with the blue illuminated dial. The sound is pretty good, it mainly depends on what type of music you enjoy but for my taste the Crosley 1975T serves the purpose. The unit was easy to set up and place. As for Amazon, their speed in delivering my order was incredible. I ordered the two week standard shipping and yet the item was delivered to me only two days after the order.
