Well crafted very lifelike!!
I gifted these beautiful animals to my sweet granddaughters. They are so lifelike and very much kid approved. I bought this set (animals of North America) because I live in Canada, my little ones live in Las Vegas. I wanted them to experience the bear, wolf, fox and moose … native to Canada … alligator is obviously from the USA.

I was surprised by the quality! My child and I love these forest-themed animals
I often tell my kids they don't make toys like they used to. But, Schleic animals are quality and deserve the good reputation they have today. These animals are so lifelike and well made! My 8 year old son is an animal enthusiast and loves playing with these forest themed animals. (However, the alligator is a bit random as he seems like he doesn't quite belong with these wintery forest mammals, but we love him just the same). They are sturdy and have a nice weight to them. My artist-son appreciates the carved textures and painted details.

Beautiful and anatomically correct
These are well made and beautifully detailed. My 2.5yo loves her Schleich collection and they are a great educational tool.

Comes in an ugly cardboard box so not recommended if gifting!
I wanted to purchase these as they are highly rated as being made very well, detailed and will last a lifetime though pricey (you get what you pay for). I didn't want to purchase cheap ones where they would break easily and the paint job was off and these are definitely the complete opposite of that. However, if you plan on purchasing to gift, this set does not come in a product box and instead comes in an ugly cardboard box that looked like it was previously opened and sealed again with clear tape (see attached photos). No items were missing though, each in their own plastic bag and 3 of the 6 animals had some protective cardboard around or between the legs of the item (bull, buck and fawn). In conclusion if you don't care about the packaging, I would highly recommend them!

Durable and good quality. They are solid toys, they are small enough to pack in a “mom bag” for the park. They are cute, and realistic looking
