Using these for tea mostly - there’s just something about seeing your drink! They seem solid in the hand, the handles provide plenty of gripping room, and the double insulation walls act exactly as they should. Haven’t had any visible water inside them yet but I do always hand wash as advised. Accidentally dropped one recently and suspected it would be broken, but it was absolutely fine. Definitely would buy again.

Some reviewers have complained that these are too fragile but so far mine are great. I've been using them on a daily basis for three weeks for a number purposes: hot cocoa, cold milk, ice cream, cereal, etc. I recognize that they are indeed made of very thin glass and therefore I handle them with care in the same way I treat some crystal wine glasses that I have. I hand wash them and and am careful to avoid knocking them up against the sink or other hard surfaces. Mine are the 16oz size which I find perfect for the various ways that I use them. Because of the two layers it makes them good for holding temperature which works great for both hot stuff as well as cold. I also like the look which is rather elegant in my opinion. BTW, a few reviewers have complained about the very small (nearly invisible) glue plug on the very bottom of each glass and some have even tried to remove this . . which is a mistake to do. The literature that comes with the mug explains that this little spot of clear glue is an important seal that plugs the small hole that is necessary in order to manufacture glassware of this type (double layer). They clearly state that this plug needs to be there and that you should not mess with it.

Great quality! it’s a good size, not too small. This type of cup keeps your coffee, tea etc… nice and hot for a long time while the exterior stays cool.

I really like these mugs and I bought them to use with my Espresso Machine to have cappuccinos and lattes. I use them almost every day. They're very lightweight and seem flimsy, but they're not. They're sturdy, but also delicate. They're constructed very well and good quality, but they're double-walled so the glass is a bit thinner than most single walled glass coffee mugs. I mean....it's glass, so of course if you were to drop them or bang them against something, they most likely would break. You just have to be careful and take care of them. Wash them by hand and don't put them in a dishwasher. The force of the water or a shifting of a dish or other item in the dishwasher that bangs into them could cause them to crack or break. Also, I wouldn't put these in the microwave, except for may 30 seconds just to warm a beverage. They do keep the beverage very hot and for a longer time than a regular ceramic coffee mug or other mug. Also, the outer glass is not hot at all. It has a handle, which is comfortable and sturdy, but if you were to hold the glass by the outer wall, you wouldn't burn your hands. Like I said, I've been using these glass mugs almost every day for my cappuccinos and lattes and I think they're great. I've used them for my steaming hot drinks and for iced drinks. I haven't noticed any depreciation or wear and tear on the glass. There glass is very clear and there are not scratches nor has it incurred any scratches since I've been using them. I've been using these for about 2 months now and there have been no issues and I like them very much. I would purchase these again.

I got these because I was tired of my coffee being luke warm before I finish it. I don't gulp it down, so it was always getting unpleasantly cool before I'd finish it. Vacuum mugs like the Contigo are effective, and great for use in the car, but I don't like the aesthetic. Moreover, coffee actually has a different, and better, taste when sipped from a glass or ceramic mug. These really do the job. Coffee stays hot to the last drop. Amazingly so. On the outside of the mug, you'd never guess the coffee is still hot, because it is cool to the touch. Nice big handles too, which I like. The glass is light weight and feels quite fragile, but I haven't had a problem in normal use. I didn't assume they would be unbreakable, and any of the mugs I was using would break if dropped. These have fared quite well in the dishwasher and microwave. After brewing a cup, I add a splash of cream and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to get it all good and hot. I was worried that the design of these wouldn't allow for that, but the listing said it would and I can vouch for that as well. An added benefit is being able to see the beautiful java in the cup (as well as being able to tell at a glance how much is left in the cup!). Happy with my purchase, and mindful that they need to be treated with a bit of care, as befits an elegant coffee cup!

I'm a coffee geek and I wanted to be able to see my brew. These are really nice in the hand and on the lips. The probably keep the coffee warm a bit longer than a generic ceramic mug. The size is just right for an AeroPress cup. They are a little unstable when empty (top-heavy) and they are glass, so use due care when handling. I would also recommend hand-washing only. Most double-wall glass has a glue plug as a seal that will not survive a dishwasher.

A good size Mug,especially for me,as I often get spasms/shakes when trying to be careful, due to MS. The dual wall construction works well to keep drinks hot for longer and they have a good size, sturdy handle. The set of 2 mugs comes with coasters for your surfaces,which also help protect the mugs from minor ipact.

These glass double wall coffee cups arrived in perfect condition and with free yellow coasters (thank you PunPun) they are ideal for large latte or cappuccino coffees made in a Delonghi fully automatic coffee machine. They have washed well in the dishwasher too, just don’t let anything else in the dishwasher lean on them in the top tray. They keep the coffee warmer for much longer than regular porcelain/ceramic mugs we’ve found.
