These are great! Perfect for what I need them for. I love the built in switch and that they are prewired. I did not receive the screws to secure the covers, but that does not dampen my happiness with this product! I have sent an email to the seller and i am sure I will hear back from them even if just to confirm which screws exactly to find in my local hardware store for them. I wired one temporarily to one of my prewired UV LEDS and everything seems to be working fine. The battery terminals were a bit tight to attach the battery to, but I am sure it won't accidentally disconnect now. Overall I am happy and would be happy to order this product again. I recommend this for beginners in electronics projects to simplify a couple of steps in wiring some quick projects with less soldering (for ppl whose hands shake alot like mine)

If you are like me wanting to make basic 9v LED lights for emergencies, or to use as night lights these cant be beat. For my project I used a 12v cool white LED tape. and the battery holder that's it. If you wanted to make your own get a 12v LED tape, and the battery holders. Take the battery holders wires and trim them down to the right size, strip them, and solder them directly to the LED strip. It really can't get much simpler, and the results are fantastic. the holder allows you to flip the battery 180 degrees where the battery terminals are facing completely away from the battery clip, and from my test with these LEDs and a 9v I let it run nonstop for over a month before the battery finally died. that said that was with 27 LEDs and this set up I am just using three. I accept no liability if you make the light, so do so at your own risk. That said the design is solid enough for me, and I have had no issues what so ever.

I use these to make little LED lamps and they are great for a small one-off project. They're not particularly high or low quality and they have worked. They have a little piece of foam to make sure the battery stays in place. It's not the easiest thing to put a 9-volt battery into but it's great for what I needed.

I have been using these battery holders for all kinds of projects. I use them for cooling fans in costumes, to power lights and sounds for blasters, etc. buying them in numbers helps a lot. Even better are the on/off switches that are part of the battery box. What gets me is when people that don't know what they are doing write reviews on something they do not know anything about. For example, installing LED lights. LED lights have a pos. and neg. if you wire them up wrong, they will not work. These boxes are amazing and easy to use. Hope this review works for customers.

Cheap

Great cheap battery source for LED light project. Tiny screw holds battery door closed. Wires are easy to tell apart and well connected inside box. Price is just right for the quantity. Have not had any issues with box or switch.

my only complaint is Switch should be on the same side as the opening to the battery, makes it awkward trying to implement it into projects the way it is.

The 9 volt battery holder works OK. On/Off switch works good, sometimes a little difficult to line up the connector tabs on 9 volt battery just because it is awkward spot to push the battery into the fixed tabs in the battery holder.
