are these soft gel tablets?

No, but I have never seen any tablets as tiny as these. I can't see anybody having having problems swallowing them with water.

Is this liposomal vitamin d?

I have taken Vitamin D 3 for the last four years supplied via amazon,prior to my change of supplier I was supplied by Healthspan with a similar product. I suffer from M S and live in Scotland ,vitamin D was recommended as a help to wards the lack of sunshine .

Uk govt guidelines seem to be 10mg per day .any higher dose may cause problems over a long period is this correct ? how many mg in these tablets

Hi Simply it depends on where you come from or what your ethnic is . If you are white 10mcg is enough according to the government guidelines BUT if you have dark skin, for example an African, African-Caribbean or south Asian background in this case you need much more than the 10mcg . Je tiens à préciser que je ne recommande pas l'automédication à qui que ce soit, mais c'est pourtant l'approche que j'ai personnellement choisie.
