Great Little Tool For RC Builds
I own about three of these and they work great! Years ago I used to hook up a receiver and go through all the trouble of using my radio to test and center servos- a royal pain to say the list. With this little tester you just plug in a 6 volt power supply and press a button for three modes of servo test: pan the servo by turning a knob, center mode for centering the servo and a mode that runs the servo back in forth automatically. WAY better than the old method I used to use. No more dragging out a radio, hooking up a receiver to test. The only complaint is the LED is BRIGHT!! But, this is easily resolved buy simply placing your finger over it, not a problem worth taking away from the great functionality of this little tester. An absolute must have for any builds. Seller shipped fast. Highly recommended.

Glad I bought this
This is a great little tool. Much smaller than it looks in picture, will fit in palm of my hand. LED's are so bright I put tape over them. The tester works great. I glued a small "on-off" switch to the side of the unit so I could keep batt. pack plugged in and turn device on and off with a switch. Price right.

Solid Unit
Works well as a basic servo tester, it has helped me setup a few airplanes already and helps take the stress out of it. Solid value and the metal case really makes it that much better.

Not Accurate
Pros: You can power your servos to make sure they work Cons: It does not accurately center servo. I trusted it and torqued down 7 servos and installed the horns using threadlocker. After plugging into my receiver and powering my transmitter and system, all the servos were off-center. The pain I had to go through to remove all the horns and re-center them manually. Another feature I did not like is that the LED lights are way too bright. I had to cover them with translucent tape.

Good product
Does what it's supposed too but not ideal for high voltage servos such as helicopter tail servos.

Sturdy little fella.
I have one of these testers in the cheaper plastic paper wrapped format. That tester is hopefully going to be permanently assimilated into a future project. I wanted to have one on hand though, so I picked this up. As far as function, there's not much to say, it does what it's supposed to do. But the aluminum shell it's enclosed in is a aesthetically pleasing and durability enhancing touch. I actually have dropped this a few feet onto my work bench and it still works fine. Had I dropped my plastic paper wrapped tester, I'm sure I would have at least had a bent connector pin to deal with. So if you just need a servo tester to sit there and see rare usage, save your money and pick up a paper wrapped one, but if you're going to use it constantly and in situations where it might see some physical abuse, this aluminum enclosed one is a good bet.
