It is extremely practical and detailed book with examples for almost all journaling situations. It is amazing to know the extent, to which a bullet journal can grow

Además me vino arrugado.

I bought copies for grandchildren and one for myself. The youngest is 11 yo and felt that the book would be too substantial, so I bought a different book written for boys of his age. This book does give lots of ideas how to creatively bullet journal, and sone of the examples look like works of art. I'm not sure that I shall feel motivated to draw and colour my own journal simply because of the time required. But the book does provide all the information required for a layout of a good practical 'life organiser'. Having skimmed the book I concluded that I need to supplement it with information best suited to men, so I printed 4 x QR codes of links to YouTube videos that were specifically suited to men, including Ryder Caroll who first introduced the world to Bullet Journalling. This book is definitely a must have book for anyone 15yo and above. However, age doesn't define it's usefulness. People who love books and enjoy reading will appreciate this one. When I bought this book as Christmas gifts I knew that some of my grandchildren might not start bullet journaling at this time, but I'm hopeful that with maturity they will become more reflectful and will turn to this book to help them discover and map their life aspirations and goals. I believe it's important to give ourselves and others the opportunities and tools to discover and develop personal potential. I will therefore always give books to everyone and anyone that will open their minds, and empower them to achieve their personal potential. At 74 I am aware of the brevity of life and of the importance of the productive use of my time. This book inspires, motivates, and provides a structure for personal reflection, goal setting, and bringing order to daily life. Journaling is not keeping a 'diary', where you feel guilty for many blank pages where no entries were made. A Bullet Journal is so much more, and easier to maintain as a daily habit, and this book explains clearly the benefits of Bullet Journaling and how to go about it.

Un libro sul how-to, un po’ troppo generico, ma not bad. Mi aspettavo più consigli pratici e più esempi, però alla fine si legge bene

Seems to be virtually a rewrite of Dot Journaling: a Practical Guide. Extremely disappointed. I think It may have slightly more info than the original, so I don't wan't to return this one, but it's too late to return Dot Journaling. I just hope others don't make the same stupid mistake I did, (although there didn't seem to be any indication that they were the same).
