Superb quality, easy to swallow because of its shape and small size
The superb quality is noticeable in how the body responds right away. First, no burping. Second, no fishy aftertaste. Third, a gentle feeling of well-being comes from regular use of this supplement brand. Be aware that 5000 IU is in the upper limit of safe daily dosage in some physicians recommended daily dosage charts. If I am outdoors in the sun a lot, I will skip taking Vitamin D3 supplements for the day. Literature is available that makes the claim that 20 minutes of sunshine on skin without sunscreen is enough Vit D3 for a day. Too much Vitamin D3 can cause hypercalcemia which is a buildup of calcium in the blood which can cause nausea, weakness, and a need to pee frequently. It can lead to kidney problems such as calcium stones and/or bone pain. Even great vitamins can be harmful if taken too much over the recommended amount. I rate this supplement brand A+++++ It can be counted on to contribute to good health through clean ingredients.

The best
This is the best vitamin d3 on the market. Why? Because it is sourced from fish liver oil and not lanolin like all the other d3s on the market. Lanolin can actually be harmful so please do your own research. This is a much more natural source and it works like a charm. My vitamin d levels came back at 80 and that was in the middle of winter! My only complaint with this product is that i wish they didnt use safflower oil but thats a minor issue compared to how well this product works.

From fish oil
This is our go to vitamin D3 because it is made from natural fish oil and not synthesized from lanolin. Much better for the body to use for calcium absorption and distribution (especially when combined with vitamin K2 MK-7 and vitamin A from fish oil)
