Q: Is there an inline fuse for this one? What is gauge of wire will be use for this?

No fuse holder included. 14 or 16 gauge should be sufficient. Not much amperage draw.

Q: Can I connect the speakers directly to this crossover or is an amp required? I'm not looking to rattle anyone's windows.

You cannot connect speakers directly to this. This needs a amp to hook up to.

Q: May i use this in home studio to send low freq( 20hz-15ohz) to sub, the rest to monitors ??

Yes. Just make sure the crossover outputs aren't so high that it causes your amplifier to distort.

Q: Can i use with a audio control dq-61 to really boost the bass??

Don't know what that is but mine is hooked to an Audio Control LC-4.800 and Audio Control LC-1.800
