This is a great product. Did exactly as described in the description of the product. Downloaded pics off my phone in a reasonable amount of time compared to how I previously transferred them. While it is not “lightening fast” it got the job done. The transfer from the device to my computer was much quicker. So glad to have found something not requiring a slew of cords!! The reason I gave it a 4 over a 5 rating is that I had to take the case off of my phone to use it so that would be a consideration if I were to record straight to the device and not my phone. That being said I do have a completely enclosed case - water, dust, snow, drop protection- so it could just be my bulkier case. If you’re looking to transfer pictures from your iPad or phone to an external device this is a super easy way to transfer picture. Update. All pictures are downloading sideways. I am working to find a solution to this because if it can’t be rectified, then I’d give the product a 2-3 stars because then efficiency is much lower.
