Used this for bookfolding. Just the right size

It is a great addition to my art tools
I bought this to be able to line up words. This works perfectly, is the right size to be easy to use and the price was right.

Ok, but flimsy
Pretty flimsey, but gets the job done. Also, the numbers and measurement markings are hard to read because they’re so small.

Small but will still work.
Gave it 4 stars because it is thinner than I expected. It is smaller than I thought but no fault of the seller I selected the wrong one.

Perfect to use with my guillotine paper cutter
I use this to line up the edge of my chipboard against my guillotine's scale. Much easier to use than the movable guide on the cutter itself.

Thin
This item was stated for sewing. It is so flimsy, bends and will not be able to use for sewing.

لم تعجبني ابدا البلاستيك خفيف ويلتوي و المسطرة جدا صغيرة لا تناسب المقاسات التي أريدها.. َلا تفي بغرض الخياطة..

I laughed when I saw this L-shaped square. That's because my father was a carpenter (a real carpenter). He taught both of his daughters how to do basic carpentry when we were children. So I've seen the ones carpenters use. Have held them in my hands & this was so small! In my mind's eye I saw it as much bigger. But it is EXACTLY the size the description/picture says it is. A plus in my tiny apartment. It's easier to store. Super light as well to the point I thought the package was empty. Bent the envelope as I walked up to my apartment. Good thing it's made of a flexible material so it didn't break. A plus over the metal ones is this ruler is clear so you can see underneath. This while be helpful when cutting striped fabric & trying to match the pieces so they flow seamlessly. While I did buy it for use with sewing & needlework, the first thing I did was divide a small board into 4 rectangles. Worked fine. I do disagree with one person who said it was EXACTLY as described. The title says it is among other things a 'French Curve'. I ask you seriously - a French Curve! These are straight lines; an L-shape. Absolutely zero curves. You'd have trouble drafting the armscye or neckline of a top. It drives me crazy when sellers throw every single word they know hoping one will be correct. Saying this item is a French Curve is like saying the Letter L is a Letter O. They also mention a Protractor. Nope. The only angles on this are those you'd find on a straight line or a right angle. And those aren't specified as they are on a protractor. Although they may have meant one can use it in conjuntion with a protractor to get the kinds of angles you need for quilting or landscaping. So they lose a star for inaccuracy plus lack of geometric knowledge & tools.

I wish they had a larger one made out of the same material. This one is handy for crafts but a larger one would handy for those large jobs
