I was very skeptical about purchasing this product. My cousin in another state emailed and had tried this Nuturna Neopathy cream, and recommended I try it. I was in so much pain that I was willing to try anything. And thank goodness for PRIME! A little bit goes a long way, and my foot was so painful I couldn't touch it, and I couldn't sleep. While applying it to my foot, it felt so good and smelled so good that I kept rubbing it in. I couldn't believe how fast it began to reduce the swelling (adema) and inflammation of my foot. When I realized what was happening, I quickly purchased a 2nd jar, just to have "on hand" in the event this came back on me. I do have Diabetes II, but I have also had Plantar Fascitis, a spur on my Achilles tendon, bouts of Gout, AND muscle spasms in my legs and feet. The excruciating pain left, and I was able to sleep and start tip-toe walking, after I started using this wonderful product. I also purchased the Lipoic Acid to help lower Uric Acid.

Wow! I can only post "like" for this product, no dislike. I have been using an Rx compound cream of 5 potent med ingredients for a couple of years from pain doctor for continual daily burning pain of bottom of foot. This is due to horrible trauma 3 bone/joint ankle break and foot dislocation. I was left with plates and screws and daily discomfort and horrible burning nerve pain. 4 years now. The Rx cream in addition to 3 pain meds helped some but cream provided short-lived relief and seemed to dry my skin. I discovered this cream on a whim in the wee hours of the night while awake with rebounding nerve pain. I ordered it with a wish and a prayer. I could not believe it started working better than my prescribed cream! It relieved almost all of my burning pain and is so much more gentle to the skin, which has been compromised since the injury due to lasting blood vessel damage also. I am SO happy I found something that actually relieves longtime agony I never thought I'd find! I would highly recommend giving this a try!!!

I've used this product for some time. I prefer the thicker cream over the thinner version. It doesn't take away the neuropathy, but it does help take the edge off a bit. I'd recommend trying and see if it helps.

I know most these things do very little if nothing at all but thought I would give it a shot based on the reviews. I'm writing this review because you can't trust reviews anymore. The reviews regarding this product has to/or must reflect those that either have extremely low if any numbness and tingling in their hands and feet and use the product for a topical B vitamin, or are employees, family, and/or friends of the manufacturer. The later has proven to be the case in most situations like this. In any event, I used the product liberally on my hands every 4 hours with zero results with the exception that the menthol actually made my hands more sensitive which amplified the tingling. NOT the result one with neuropathy is looking for. For those that do suffer as I do, keep looking, work with your Dr. and I hope you and I can find some type of relief. At the moment, the only thing that works with me is the opioids for my back. But this is obviously not a daily nor long time solution. Good luck..

For several years, I was self-treating for "restless leg". Then, ALMOST 3 years ago, ALL OF A SUDDEN(!!!), my feet & lower legs started to bother me big-time! The R one has always been the worst. BUT BOTH are in on the "invasion of my sanity!!!" TERRIBLE - UNBEARABLE - AWFUL - HORRIFIC!!! UN-able to explain in words - how EXCRUCIATING the PAIN & DISCOMFORT!!!! ONCE-AGAIN....... I am self-treating!!! I scoured the internet for help!! I have cut back to part-time at work, then even more PART-TIME recently!! It is hard during waking and working hours, BUT THEN COMES when I TRY TO SLEEP!!! YOWZER!! Sometimes a ways into a car ride also, (beyond the across town type trips). Not even sure how to describe the pain!! (which comes on later into evening, then multiplies many times once get into bed), and TRY to sleep!! It feels like feet, & often even lower half of lower legs - is ON FIRE!! Like being stabbed with millions of needles over and over!!! Feet are simply SO PAINFUL to the touch, [but even when not being touched] - that you just want to scream - or - cry!! Under the ball of foot is a very touchy area too. Feet FEEL SWOLLEN ( & NUMB) BUT do NOT LOOK swollen at all!!!!!!!!!! BUT YET - THERE IS FEELING there!! If I step on something, it HURTS!! ANYWAY!!! ... I recently stumbled upon this neuropathy cream. I am not known to be diabetic, but have pretty good idea neuropathy is what I am dealing with. I have learned that is not the only cause of it. So, even though a bit pricey for my wallet, I closed my eyes and hit "order now"!! I figure - if it helps!!! - - - I'm ONLY 62, and I plan to live to be AT LEAST 100, so need to be getting a few more good nights sleep!! As I stated at the start, it came fast (with my amazon Prime), and all intact!! NO ISSUES as some complained of!! I have used it all 3 nights so far, and INTEND TO CONTINUE!! It may not help 100%, but enough to help me sleep a bit better. AND, I am not so sure the longer you use it, the more it might be helping too. I am a VERY HOT person, so it is hard for me to do, but I have been wearing socks to bed, to keep it more on my feet, & less on the bedding, to get a better effect. I may be considered a bit odd anyway, to love the smell of Ben-gay and the like! I cant really say this smells like that, but in that 'neighborhood', but pretty MILD / MELLOW. More maybe like a (MILD) Vicks or other congestion rub. I LIKE the smell of this cream that is a light blueish in tub, but goes on clear. Not too thick, not too thin - JUST RIGHT - don't need to use too much at a time (start small dab, & add a tiny touch more if needed). It is NOT GREASY!!! So, as I said, it may or may be my total answer to my problem, but if I were you, I'd surely give it a try!!!! And, unlike some sellers - just out there to make a buck, company [Nuturna] seems to be proud to make & keep their customers happy!!!!!! So, even though only using a few days so far, I am giving them a 5 stars!!!

I have sciatic nerves really bad and I was just looking for anything that might help it. So I did some investigating on different creams, and I decided on this one. Believe it or not this dream actually works it definitely not gonna cure the problem, but it does give you several hours of a relief. It’s a five star for me.
