Most Comfortable I've Tried
I bought two, one for each hand. My husband has enormous hands and he was able to get it on as well and said it was comfortable, but he didn't wear it for long, so I can't say how comfortable he'd find it long-term. I am a woman with large hands, and this fits well other than rubbing a little between the thumb and hand. I've tried three different braces for carpal tunnel. This is both the most comfortable and the most effective. The brace allows a very limited range of motion (you are not completely locked in place) which is nice, but it's rigid enough to effectively treat carpal tunnel. It goes farther down the wrist than the other braces, which I like, and the velcro around the wrist is much wider, allowing for a snugger and more custom fit. The beads in the hand make it considerably more comfortable too, if a bit warm. The area between the thumb and the hand, as I mentioned, rubs a little, but it is much better than the others. The velcro can be hard to unfasten, particularly with weak grip due to carpal tunnel, but at least it stays closed tight. Since switching to this brace, I've been sleeping better and my carpal tunnel has improved. Great purchase.

Good support
I bruised my knuckle and I bought this to keep my knuckle stable at night. I tend to bend my wrist and sleep on my hands at night plus I use to have carpal tunnel pain some years back so I thought this would help both problems. The cushion inside is a big improvement on the old braces I use to wear. It has a medal bar inside which most good braces have but this bar slips out and rubs on my inner wrist which was causing a bruise. The medal bar is in a material pocket but the opening flap should be longer to keep the bar in place. I got a small Velcro strip and put it inside the pocket and that works to keep the medal bar in place and not to bruise me. I would like if the brace came in different lengths, this is a little large ( long ) for me. I would recommend this brace because it is sturdy, made well and the cushion inside is very comfortable. If you have carpal tunnel or you have wrist pain I would wear this brace in the daytime also. When I had the starting of carpal tunnel I had one doctor tell me to wear a wrist brace all day. I had another doctor tell me to wear a brace only at night so I became my own doctor and wore a brace day and night for 30 days and my pain went away. Then I would use my brace at the start of pain again. I wish I had this brace years ago because of the comfort of this brace. If you do try the 30 day you better buy two braces it does smell and get dirty so when you wash the brace you can still wear one. This brace is made very well don’t think twice about buying it, your waist will thank you for it.

Helps sprained wrist
A friend recommended I buy a brace for my sprained wrist. She said she got one from a drug store to help avoid tweaking her sprained wrist and it really helped. This brace seems to be well made and the material is soft and comfortable and didn't have any chemical smell/odor. Washing instructions say to hand wash in warm water and air dry. I removed the metal bar and put the brace in a fine washing bag and washed it in cold water in the washing machine and it was fine. Then air dried. It's comfortable to sleep in but there is one design flaw. The thin vinyl velcro tabs are rounded on one end, but the other end that is sewn onto the brace has a straight edge, so the corners can be sharp and could scratch you or snag some fabrics. I used nail clippers to round the edges, which helped somewhat. A better solution would be to remove and sew the velcro tabs under the brace material. Hopefully the manufacturer will consider this simply and easy fix.

Range of motion is high... but...
That's a bad thing. It's supposed to be a wrist brace, not a wrist wrap. The metal bar on the bottom is useful, but the spandex or whatever material is too stretchy. I find my wrist still bends, just off the metal bar now when I sleep because of how much room my wrist has from the generously stretchy material. Maybe next time make it out of something a bit more rigid, like denim or leather. Also, I find the stretchy material shrinks a bit too much, causing bad circulation when in stationary for too long. And lastly, it gets really warm, causing just the part under the 'brace' to sweat and become uncomfortable. Again, denim/cotton might be able to get around this issue. Not saying it's the right move, but just an option that should be considered over the current material. Other than that, I like it. Ambidextrous design is smart. Little bead stuff does add much needed comfort, though some kind of memory foam would do the same. Velcro is very strong, so no worries about it slipping off or the velcro coming loose.

Comfortable and Effective
I first noticed numbness in my hands while sleeping about 10 years ago related to how strenuous consistent my labors had been. It was manageable with stretching and general mindfulness of what I was doing but lately the body's getting older and recovery slower so... My wife purchased one of these and I gave it a try a few days after I mixed and placed 98 60# sacks of concrete and spent a few nights waking up repeatedly with that familiar tingling and ache in my hands. The difference was remarkable. These braces won't cure your carpal tunnel but they created a marked improvement in the quality of my sleep as I wake up less frequently and for mostly unrelated reasons and in the morning instead of mild swelling and an hour or so of self-therapy to get things moving there's just a bit of odd tingle that settles fairly quickly. I still tend to over work and so my issue won't go away (we all have our character defects) but these braces are comfortable to wear overnight and they do make significant improvement in controlling the symptoms of carpal tunnel.

Perfect adjustable fit
My fifth try at a good wrist brace and this is the keeper. I’m generally skeptical of brands I don’t recognize, but this brace is pretty unique and it works. Here’s my opinion: 1.) light weight enough to sleep in. It’s lighter because the top is soft neoprene without an aluminum or otherwise rigid bar. The only bar it has is under the wrist. The neoprene gave my wrist some compression support and that helped with the ache. 2.) my wrist wasn’t stiff from being in the splint. I’ve strained ligaments so being completely locked in one position basically tightens up the ligaments, making it hurt more when I have to break the stiffness. That seemed counterintuitive. 3.) the cuff at the “hand end” is adjustable, not just at the wrist. This is what makes it rare to unique. I wanted good compression in my wrist but not so tight as to cut across my palm. I wanted a splint that went past my wrist for optimum joint support. This does both. 4.) there is a small pouch with beads inside that forms to your palm. This is, and feels, brilliant. Now, the potential negatives: first, there is an internal cuff. Great for keeping the brace on when adjusting the straps, but if you have XXXL wrists/forearms, it may not fit. Next, if you need the firmest support, you’re going to need a brace with hard splints on both the top and bottom, not this one. This is two steps above an ace bandage, one step up from a neoprene sleeve only, one step below the “three wrist straps, stiff bar on top and bottom, Velcro thumb strap.”

Amazing Soft and Comfortable Support for my Wrists!
This brace has a soft, stretchy inner sheath for your wrist, so you can slide your arm in, then close the velcro, without having to stabilize the brace against your body or a table to keep it in place while you close it. It doesn't flap open and fall off when I need to adjust the tightness. The curved, metal stay inside is removable for easy washing, and the pocket/bone channel is fully padded. The main fabrics are soft neoprene and a soft micro terry/flannel which adds more padding and comfort. It seems like this would be easy to clean and care for. I like that the whole brace is soft and padded so I can rest my arm on my chest and not feel the metal on my wrist. I can tell a lot of thought went into making this wrist brace comfortable, ergonomic, and usable for either the right or left hand. I think it's a great value. I have been wearing it all day and it has provided relief for my carpal tunnel pain

A great brace for most
Upon first opening and "unstraping" so to speak, I realized just how durable the velcro was. I was extremely surprised at how strong that hold was- something perfect for all day wear. No slipping. The cushion with the beads was a pleasant surprise and a great one at that! Its soft and perfect for wrist support that adds a little extra for your fingers to bend over and hold onto perfectly. Very comfortable in that way. I, have a very small wrist and thin hands. I did notice right away that the thumb hole was so large my whole thumb down to the wrist stuck out. So if youre someone with a child sized wrist like mine, this may seem very "large" on your wrist. And the velcro although strong, was hard for me, a person without carpal tunnel or wrist pain as of now, to even unstick in order to pull apart. So thats a good/bad thing dependant on use. The brace allows for easy mobility as the straps fall on the top/bottom and leave the middle open to move but the middle, lacks support in my opinion. Almost as though a 3rd strap should be there. And again, for small hands, other than curling my fingers over the top of the brace ( which is comfy) I could not function with the brace on my dominant hand. I realize it says "night wrist support" and if marketed as that, this is a wonderful brace however if thats just a perk to the product for everyday use, I think some tweaks need to be made if including for smaller wristed people like myself.

Not Happy
The item did not fit my husband's hand, so I wanted to return it. I learned if I want my money back, I have to pay for tracking shipment and secure the package. I paid $17 for that and now I am waiting. I called and Amazon contacted them and they said as it was not their fault they may reduce 20% from my money. What does fault mean? It does not fit and he was in so much pain so what was my option? return was my only option and it is no body's fault.

Muy grande
Es demasiado grande para mi, el ajuste no es el correcto, al menos si tu mano y muñeca es pequeña, no la recomiendo. Creo que va mas para hombres.
