I’m an intersex woman with a non-standard developmental pathway. My OB/GYN recommended motherwort after some accidental breakthroughs caused scaffolding I’ve had since birth to start developing. “Balance the HPO axis.” It worked! My period went from breakthrough bleeding to true menstruation! I got pregnant! Just finished my 2oz bottle! I had Began taking 4 dropper full into a small cup of water and drinking this daily beginning 10/25/25 and finally had a period 11/8/25. I had regular monthly cycles that stopped and turned to light spotting. Went to the doctor and they found a small cyst, possible culprit of not having an actual period for 5 months. Got prescribed the Birthcontrol pill but I really didn’t want to take them and looked for a natural alternative. And I came across an Eastern Doctor who recommended Motherwort to circulate the fluids/blood in the body. Helping with fluid filled cysts, bloodflow to the womb for fertility(think inner lining for implantation), and so forth. So I gave this a try as I mentioned above 👆🏼. And within two weeks I finally got an actual menstruation flow, no spotting. I will say, it was a medium-heavy flow. If I were to take this again I would probably down size to 3dropper full daily instead of 4. —-Hopefully from here on out my body adjusts and finds its natural rhythm again. Okay, it does taste like burning pitch, but it works! When my hormones are beating the heck out of me, a dose of this makes everything better for a little while. Have a big glass of something sweet to chase it with though. It's like taking a shot of Everclear mixed with nail polish remover. I'd have given it five stars, except that the plastic protective wrapping on the top is impossible to get off without a sharp object. But it's so snugly attached to the bottle that it's hard to get a blade tip under the plastic, leading to slips and nearly slicing a finger open. The packaging thing has gotten out of hand!

This has worked for me. I have very heavy periods and this product helped to decrease or stop the bleeding. Do what works for your body, fortunately this worked for mine.

I really like this stuff and I think I'll continue to buy it for the near future. The taste isn't that great but if I had to describe it, it's like the earthy taste of carrot juice without the sweet notes.

Let me start by saying this tincture definitely helps with what I wanted it to…but be prepared to taste fire and sadness😂 No I’m kidding, it’s not that bad but you wouldn’t catch me sipping on it either. I started taking this for various reasons - boosting appetite, improving my postpartum health (thyroid, adrenals, etc.), soothe anxiety and insomnia, and to treat my irregular heartbeat and occasional palpitations (that I think are anxiety related). It does all of that without question!!! Now it’s not a magic potion cure all but I am absolutely feeling better in all of the above areas and I imagine that after using this long term, I’ll feel EVEN better. I noticed changes within 2 days of taking this 3x a day. Now that I’ve been taking it for a week I’ve dropped down to 2x a day and that seems to work fine. I’ve been taking this along with the Herb Pharm Stress Management tincture and am amazed at how my anxiety and panicked feelings have diminished. I almost feel normal again, which is such a relief to say! Hoping that they’ll keep providing me with this relief. Give it a try, won’t hurt (unlike prescriptions)!
