Upgrade Maglite Mini Glass Lens

Perfect fit, excellent quality, and crystal clear.

As far as light quality or strength of the light, I see no difference with the glass lense versus the standard plastic lense that came with the flashlight however . . . as was mentioned before the heat generated after having the light on for a few minutes gives me an assurance that it won't melt or distort. I'm sure it's clearer but not really that important for how it's being used. Come on it's a flashlight. I'm glad I made the purchase as I plan on having the flashlight in my toolbox for many many years. A small investment for peace of mind. Something else. . . I have one AA battery LED maglite. I've no desire to subject it to more harm than necessary. It's one of the 238 lumens lights, not cheap at all. I've been very satisfied with products from weltool. If they made a combat bezel for this idget one.

Built for everyday use, fits perfectly and easy to clean. Update 12/02/24: Still going strong, no scratches on lens with heavy use this past year. I'm I bought it !

Good product at fair price.

It was very easy to install as it was a perfect fit. The light diffusion from the plastic lens was quite apparent. Very happy with the purchase. Am just a bit worried about how sturdy a glass lens would be in the long haul.

I knew the plastic lenses on my ancient maglite minis were shredded for awhile, but i didnt realize how bad it actually was til i swapped them out for 3 of these. The one that still has a xeon bulb actually looks like its on now. If youre using cut gels for light painting these will change your life just in the ammount of control you actually have over the beam and keeping the light focused where it belongs. The beam stays nice and tight instead of bleeding everywhere when you focus the light which is critical if youre doing light painting or spot lighting in a long exposure shot. The plastic almost diffuses the light cause it just bounces off all the small scratches that happen with normal use and back on the reflector around the bulb so the light ends up looking much more dull and spread out in a bad way. You can get the 3 pack or 2 pack if you have 1 light and just stack a cut gel between the 2 pieces of glass so that way it wont fall out and you can have any color light you want. Also works great with the one i changed out with a led. But its pretty vicious with a led (dont accidentally look into it)

Il vetro della mia mini maglite era tutto strisciato e quando l'accendevo si notava vistosamente ( premetto che l'avevo già modificata cambiando la lampadina allo xenon con una a led ). Ho visto che c'era questa in vetro temperato e l'ho acquistata. Bè, devo dirmi pienamente soddisfatto, perché sembra addirittura che il fascio di luce sia più potente, perché ora è molto più limpido.
