I had bought these a couple of years ago and forgot about them. Our household ended up sick for two weeks. I remember the pads. My husband is swearing by these now. He said he has sleeping better than ever. So now we have bought another box. My daughter is now sick, so I gave her a couple pads to help detox.

The ginger food pads are a great item to use! We as a family use them and they worked wonders! Super easy to use, all you do is open the plastic package and there is two ginger food pads in each. Peel off the plastic cover that cover the sticky part and apply to the pads of your feet! So easy and so handy to just have around the house to use. It says to leave them on six to eight hours, so we put them on after showering and left them on over night. The Instructions say to wash your feet and dry them completely before applying. The next morning we took them off and wiped off where the ginger foot pads were at. The pads had turned completely black and gotten hard through the night. It was neat to see how well it actually worked!

I been using this foot pods for sometime now. I would say it’s has been the best for pain relief. Pain that has kept me from sleeping at night once I apply the patch I get a good Night sleep better for my pain then pain relievers

I’ve been using it for a week now, and have notice a improvement in my sleep. I’ve noticed that I’ve been able to sleep longer and wake up a bit more rested. For that alone I will keep repurchasing. Now, I couldn’t tell you about it ability to detoxify the body. All can say about that is that in the morning the patches are black. I wash my feet well in the morning because it does smell strong and leaves a mild sticky feeling. So be prepared for that in the mornings.

The adhesive on these is far too strong! I used them overnight on my feet, then ended up ripping off large portions of my skin, while trying to remove them. Took a couple of months to heal from that! If there's some way to weaken the adhesive before you put them on, I recommend it! Get them stuck to a layer of toilet paper first, or dryer lint. Such a shame, because the product is otherwise very helpful for aches/pains/inflammation.

They definitely make a difference in the way you feel. They definitely remove toxins from the body for sure. A good purchase. Will definitely continue to purchase.

Oh My Gosh.... THE SMELL WILL KILL YOU..!! DO NOT PURCHASE. The smell of this foot pad item is UNBEARABLE. I can usually tolerate stinking stuff BUT this GOES TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL. NEAUSEATING...!!! In the morning I peel the pad off and washed by feet thoroughly and still the smell is there -- this is krazy!!! My entire bed and bed linens stinks of this foot pad. I only used 1 Pad not 2 to experiment with and wore socks to bed and yet the smell is still there -awful. My whole bedroom stinks no exaggeration. This is worse than BENGAY or TIGER BALM. It's bad. DEFINATELY.... DEFINATELY... DEFINATELY... RETURNING WITHOUT A DOUBT $9.99 not worth it. This is was a bad purchase on my part. NEVER AGAIN..!!

I have never felt so good before. I had so many health issues, sleep issues, swollen feet, bolting, gastric, knee pain and list is too long to mention everything. Yesterday when I had put this I never expected this to work wonders. Ice not only good sleep better but fake felt so good in the morning. I had no more pain no bloating and no more gastric issue. It’s not so expensive also and it’s really works wonders
