Superb taste at a great value. So many uses
These are so versatile and we use them in stews and casseroles as well as making fantastic onion gravy. I purchased 12 packets as I have now introduced them to some of my friends who did know about this great product.

This is a lifesaver, not only for curries that need (fully) fried onions, but also as a topping on bland food to add more 'kick' to them. Fantastic value as you receive 12 large packs, so it works out at about £1.25 per pack.With Indian curries, top tip: use yogurt rather than cream or coconut milk. This helps retain the flavour of chicken/meat and spices as you won't have to fight against a dairy flavour. Add fried onion towards the end, say 2 minutes before turning off the hob, to keep the curry sauce more workable (less thick) until then.
