Came to know about it from a hospital staff who was looking after my mother. He said it is better for people above 60yrs of age and does help in faster recovery in patients. Found this to be true after using it for nearly 4 months now. My mom has come home and this food is a life saver when she refuses to eat anything else. Will recommend to all with elderly people in their house. Not sure of the taste as I have not had it myself, but mom does not refuse to have it so I guess must be alright.

Best protein resource along side other important nutrients
The product is absolutely different from the other protein related products ( whey protein ones) which is what I like, apart from being a good source of protein it also contains some of the important nutrients which are hard to find in other protein related products. Its a best supplement for people who don't necessarily intend to solely build muscles but also want to intake other rich nutrients for a healthy lifestyle.
