Eyewitness Ancient Greece: Step into the World of Ancient Greece―from Greek Gods, Myths, and Festivals to t

You can never go wrong with Eyewitness books, and the Ancient Greece volume is no exception. My elementary aged son has really enjoyed looking through the pages and finds something new each time he reads it. Great addition to your children's home library!

DK books are always so beautiful and engaging. Quick hits on the content.

My daughter, age 9, enjoys this book as a secondary resource studying Ancient Greece. The illustrations keep her attention and she works longer on her unit’s lesson. I recommend this text as supportive material to your primary text.

Truly superb, easy-to-read overview of the Ancient Greeks with a boatload of first rate graphics. This book gets an "A"!

Chock full of information and beautiful pictures. Exactly what I hoped for.

Christmas present for Nephew. He loved it. Spent 5 minutes browsing before going on to new present

Very enjoyable read and great resource for our 3rd grade student. \

I love Eye Witness books! They make stories come to life and this one on Ancient Greece is no exception! Just be advised if you are buying for kids there are nude pictures in it. People have differing opinions on this, but I thought it was worth sharing if that affect's someone's purchase. They are predominantly in paintings and sculpture... with the sculpture being the most lifelike.... Anyway, just wanted to give that information for someone who would want to know that in advance.

I bought several books from this series. All very interesting, good combination of pictures and text. My kid loves them.

Lindo livro, com fotos e imagens de alta qualidade, como é habitual na DK.

This is a very nice book. However, take the age of the kid into account, as it contains pictures of some statues without clothes.
