As described - so far so good.
Received as described, and works exactly as intended. Looks nice. Good value. My handlebars are elevated substantially and my bike is much more comfortable to ride (important for me as a boring old-ish guy trying to keep up with my 9-year-old son). Installation feels very solid - no wobble or misalignment. Only thing to consider when buying something like this: there has to be enough slack in your brake and gearshift cables to get the assembly into position. In my case, I was only able to raise my handlebars 6" (not the full 7 possible with this extender) because of the available slack in my cables. I probably could have gotten the full 7" if I had disconnected the brakes and shifters during installation.

Just what I needed.
I'm impressed by the quality of this Wake stem riser. I got it installed on a 20" mountain bike which is currently serving as a practice bike for my ~5' 2" mother who's still trying to get her groove back after a long 30-year hiatus from bike riding. As it was out of the assembly, the 20" bike's handlebar was positioned too low for her for comfortable riding and safe handling. After raising the height by 5 inches, my mom's balance, comfort, and handling have greatly improved. The aluminum build looks and feels both solid and durable. After tightening down the stem bolt and setting everything up correctly, there is no looseness or creaky sounds. The only thing preventing me from raising the height about an inch more is the brake cable. If I fit in a longer brake cable, then extending the stem to full height will be doable. It's a 5-star win! 👍

Handlebar extention
Works great for ozark mountain bikes. We bought one for another bike, it sticks up a little more but does the job

Went on without issue. Higher position helps fatigue.
This isn't the highest quality stem riser, but you can pay up for really nice ones. For my purposes, this seems fine. I was a bit apprehensive about installing it, as I'd never done so before, but found it straightforward. I was concerned that it might be too tall, and wondered if I could extend the stem less than the full 7" height of this by removing spacers. The reason I was concerned is that the stem bolt is the full length, and didn't know if it would work with a shortened stem rise of less than 7". I was told it would, however, I installed it with all the spacers and it worked fine. I did however have to remove one space that was stock on my ebike in order to ensure that the bottom clamp to the stem riser didn't extent higher than the fork stem on my bike. Even then, the top of the lower clamp on this stem riser was just slightly higher than the fork stem on my bike, but felt comfortable that the clamping force would be fully on the fork stem of the bike. I torqued down all four bolts very tight, and no issues. The primary reason I got this is to try to alleviate the numbness in my hands and wrists that I'm plagued with if I ride for about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it didn't eliminate it, but it did reduce it and it takes longer to happen. I've taken to riding one handed when possible and letting on arm at a time hand down at my side until the numbness goes away. This might help others however, as I think I just have an issue with my wrists.

At 350lbs I put it to the test... And it passed!
***UPDATE... Been commuting to work for about two months now and I couldn't imagine not having this product. It still holds up strong.*** First of all I'm 5'11" and weigh 350lbs. I decided to start commuting to work by bike which is 2 miles away along with some other lifestyle changes to lose weight. A good friend gave me a Raleigh Talus 2 with 27.5" wheels. Great bike, but it's frame is built for a maximum rider height of 5'9" and the first time I rode it within minutes my hands wrist and back were all aching terribly. After looking at many risers I decided to give this one a try and I love it. I just got it today, installed it in about 5 minutes and just rode 3 miles with my back and hands feeling absolutely fine. It's very sturdy, fit perfectly and looks awesome. Worth every penny.

Does the job
It raised my handlebars and I am happy with that. Fortunately I had spacers from my previous one, cause I needed extra ones. It torqued down just fine. I didn't try to over tighten it. It does come with a stupid decal of a spider, a spiders web, a pumpkin, the work "WAKE" and some white cloud thingy, except for the name "WAKE", the rest didn't make any sense to me. Someone here, either in the comments or question area, noted the same thing and wanted to remove the decal and asked how. Well, I took finger nail polish to it with cotton pads. I got the top layer off, but you can still see white over the black back ground. Sometime this week I am going to go back over it with fingernail polish and a tooth brush. I think that I can get it all off. Other than that I am happy with my purchase. Oh one other thing, A month earlier I did buy another extender, which was about 2.75 inches shorter than this one and all was good. But when I bought this one, I then had to replace all my cables (brake and shifter cables), because my old ones became too short and I couldn't even get my brake/shift levers back onto my handlebars. I bought new Jagwire cables (which are extra long). So I had to buy new housing and new cable, for both the brakes and shifter (each cost me about $30 or $35, I don't remember exactly how much). And I watched Youtube: Clint Gibbs - "how to adjust a front derailleur" and "how to adjust a rear derailleur", to figure out how to install. I also bought Velo Orange Klunker Commuter Urban Bicycle Handlebar and Champ Oversized Comfort Bike Seat, all of which i would also recommend. I can now sit up straight and enjoy a 25 mile ride.

Takes the weight off your wrists
Solid. Gamechanger. I was really struggling with my hands getting tingly from all my weight leaning over into the handlebars on my wrists. Installed this and totally made a night and day difference. Super simple single screw installation. Keep in mind that you may have to adjust/lengthen any brake and/or shifter cables mounted to your handlebars.
