Are these gluten-free?

Thank you for asking this question! Rest assured, we are not using ingredients that contain gluten in our Breakfast Protein Bars. All ingredients used are gluten-free as per fssai standards. We have gluten-free lab analysis reports for our oats as well. :D That being said, oats are generally gluten-free, but rarely might contain scarce traces of the same. Hence, we'd suggest it's best to avoid products that use oats if you are suffering from severe gluten allergies and celiac diseases.

We did buy it twice but did not look in to the ingredients in detail.

Does it control hair fall

HI! It has lots of nutritious ingredients and lots of micronutrients from nuts and seeds. Some such as Selenium, B12, etc are directly linked to stopping hair fall. More research needs to be done into this and we tend to be conservative about what we 'market'. However, we haven't made this product specifically for hair fall. Controlling hair fall is definitely not a claim we make! Have a good day.
