Good quality pectin
Jams jell nicely after adding this pectin. It helps to reduce cooking time and better retain fruit flavors. Just need a couple of spoonfuls to get best results.

Didn’t work as expected
I was thinking it will work like gelatin and will make the healthy gelly candies for my kid but it didn’t work and became sticky and changed completely the taste of the juice in which I added it. So if u expect it to work as veg gelatin, I don’t suggest to go for it. But as an agent which makes the liquid thick, yes, it will.
