I was so happy to find this available online! I can’t always find it in stores and enjoy having it always available for enchiladas, green chile stew and other recipes. It’s the only sauce I’ve found that comes close to homemade from fresh Hatch green chile that I miss so much from living in NM

Must have love the taste
Its a family fav sauce when making a green chicken enchilada casrole. 😁 shake it before you open and heat inna separate sauce pan there's a different taste.
