Great set, on my second one, recommended!
One of the OEM bulbs went out in my 2008 Highlander. Replaced with this set about 3-4 years ago. I always drive with headlights ON set to low (automatic). Last long enough, even if not as long as OEM. These are bright enough where I'm OK not getting LEDs.

Fantastic lights
Just put in my second set after three years. Didn’t really feel the need to put them in other than I realized that they had 3 years on them. They were still plenty bright, just figured since they’re 3 years old, might as well swap them out and for the price? It’s a no brainer. Just do yourself and the other drivers out there a favor and make sure you’re lights are aligned correctly. These put out some serious light and you will get flashed on low beams if they are slightly high.

Better Than Stock Halogens
I installed a set of these into my 1997 Nissan D21 hardbody truck. This was after I bought a pair of new headlight housings, since the stock setup on these trucks was sealed beam Those housings are at the link shown, and for the money they work just great and much cheaper than going the Hella route: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F2XH8NR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (As far as the housings, they are steel housings with a glass front and they work better if you apply some clear silicone where the steel meets the glass.) About the Osram bulbs: Definitely brighter than stock. They toss a good low beam and a good high beam as well. You will notice the difference. Are they as bright as an HID setup? No. Are they noticeably better? Yes. I recommend both the Osrams and the inexpensive housings I listed, if you are looking to upgrade from sealed beams to replaceable bulbs without draining your wallet.

Bright, but not a super long life
Bulbs worked great out of the box. Very clear bright white light. Lasted about a year before one burned out.

Love these in my Jeep
Put these in my Jeep Wrangler in a set of Hella H4 conversion housings after one of the LEDs i had in it quit working. This combo is just as bright as the LEDs with a much better light patters. They were basically plug and play because my Jeep already had H4 wiring adapters but if you have a stock JK you'll need to adapt the headlight plug.

Better than LED!
I purchased these to return my 2000 Honda CR-V to halogen lamps after having LED for a year. The problem with LED is the reflectors are not designed to spread LED light evenly, so you end up getting shadows and dark spots. This can also cause issues for other drivers because the light can be reflected into their eyes even if you have low beans on! I still wanted the brightness LED offered so I bought these to hopefully have an even, but bright light output. I must say they have met all my expectations! Lets just hope they last the remaining life of this car as the packaging says the life expectancy is reduced.

They are definitely bright. Longevity is TBD, but I'm realistic.
They bulbs burn hot and bright. You won't be disappointed. As for longevity...there is an inherent tradeoff between filament diameter, brightness, and life. I'll report back when they quit, but they will not last as long. I'll accept that to achieve the brightness. I swapped out the stock reflectors in my 2016 Wrangler to H4 reflectors just so I can run this bulb. It was well worth it.

I’m using these bulbs to every single vehicle I own, and it always delivers the brightness you are looking for not compromising the standard bulb visual. If you have older vehicle and having trouble with insufficient beam and low vision go for this one it’s straight forward installation, be sure your lenses are ok and not perished plastic of course. The only disadvantage is that if you are using these for day time running lights these will last around a year or so and both will probably blow up at around a month time.

Much better than normal stock H4. When it's complete dark (drove through jungle) and no vehicle comes from opposite side the vision is very clear in normal and deeper. When trucks/bright headlight vehicles are approaching it helps more than stock. Color is also yellowish white which is natural. I prefer this over white LED, which could trouble you in rain. Its a good upgrade at 1.9k ::IMPORTANT:: Not regarding the product but Amazon delivery.... Please check the pics. I first received used, not original product in tampered box. Immediately asked for the replacement and received original the next day. Check the sticker , it should be in tact and sticking to both sides of the box. Check the color of the bulbs inside, it should be blue. Once opened don't touch the glass, but check the rim of the bulbs where osram is written.
