Very spicy,makes lovely Korean sauce, very easy to use and very versatile. I would definitely recommend if you like a bit of spice with nice flavour.

After watching Korean dramas on Netflix, I was keen to try some of the dishes that appeared on the shows. This gochujang paste forms the base for many of them so I decided to give it a try. I made a stir-fry using it and it was delicious. I have found one heaped teaspoonful per person gives a great, deep flavour with a good kick. It will be a great addition to stews and marinades. I shall be buying this again.

Love this stuff it goes in everything, chillies, stir fries, rice dishes, pasta sauces and potato salads, even good to spread a bit on bread when making toasted cheese sandwiches.

È la seconda volta che lo compro, la prima in formato più piccolo per paura non piacesse. È diventata la mia salsa preferita, quasi come una droga! È piccante abbastanza , va dosata con attenzione se è la prima volta che la assaggiata. Se mischiata ad altri condimenti, come salsa di soia o salsa di ostriche è spettacolare! Insomma sperimentate vari piatti coreani con questa salsa non ve né pentirete!

Lo compre al iniciarme en el mundo de la comida koreana y la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Aunque llegó con una vida útil algo más reducida (me dio posibilidad de cambio el fabricante), recomiendo que se pregunte antes de comprar por la fecha de caducidad. El producto es fantástico a mi juicio, de sabor ahumado, textura algo dulzona al principio, que luego se transforma en un picor de intensidad media ya que, no deja de ser un Chile. Es muy tipico de la comida coreana que tiene una multitud de usos y distintas presentaciones. Este producto lo adquiri en forma de pasta (1kg) aunque lo hay de menor cantidad, y como dije en otras for.as con polvo molido ó también en hojuelas de Chile. Tiene un color rojo muy marcado y llamativo que le da a los platos una presencia inigualable. Es el chile que se utiliza para hacer kimchi..por supuesto hay infinidad idas de platos no coreano que se pueden beneficiar de su aroma y sabor. Volveré a comprar.
