Rough Idle Be-Gone
This part was causing my 2006 Dodge Dakota V6 to run rough at idle. It was surging and stumbling when idling. It even stalled a few times. Buying this sensor immediately fixed the issues and it's back to running nice and smooth again. It's easy to install. Just remove the upper plastic air intake, and it's on the driver side of the throttle body. It fits perfectly. I added a pinch of motor oil to the oring to help it seal nicely. I would easily recommend it to anyone looking to fix a weird idle coming from their truck.

Works like OEM part
Had an issue with my 2003 Dodge 4.7 where it would start to lope if left at idle to long and would die at a stop sign occasionally replace the Throttle Positioning Sensor and also the Fuel Injection Idle Air Control Valve, both mounted on the throttle body and the issue was resolved. Had a pretty good carbon buildup on both. Between the two the truck is running much better and they fixed the issue completely. Would by again.

Price
The price was very reasonable, was easy to install, just one torx screws and it pulls out, put a little grease around the o-rings and push it in put screw back on put plug on, good to go.

Got stuck open after just 30 days
I installed it and it worked for a month. Then the RPM's started constantly get stuck high (1,000-1,500 rpms at idle), and Jeep would actually accelerate when I let off the gas while driving. At a stop I would have to hold the brake or the Jeep would launch forward. I finally put the old Idle air control back in and everything works again. I am outside the return window by a week, so I'm likely stuck with it. I could probably clean it (should I have to after just 30 days?!) But I think I'll stick with the old one for now. I don't want to get stuck in a cleaning every 30 days loop.
