This is the best boot brush I have ever owned. I like the flaps that fold down so that one foot can stand on a flap while the other foot goes through the brush. Much better than screwing it down to a deck or a wide board. I leave my boot brush outside which is why for me the brush base made out of synthetic material is much better than wood. The spacing of the brushes and the stiffness of the bristles is perfect. My chicken pen and cattle field get muddy and gross this time of year. This boot cleaner makes things easier.

When I take my dog for a walk, I always come home with grass clippings on my shoes. This boot scraper works perfect, it totally cleans all the grass from my shoes, I love it!!! It is not too big & fits nicely under my porch bench.

This is exactly what I wanted, and it works exceptionally well. It cleans my shoes quickly and thoroughly. No installation is required; simply keep one foot on the attached flaps while you clean the right shoe, then switch to the left shoe. It's that simple! However, we plan to use the included screws to create a more permanent fixture.

We actually ran across one of these when we were visiting a farm that is local to us. When I looked it up online, I saw the prices and was not impressed with the high price tag. When I found this one and I thought it would be worth the investment and trying it out, and he immediately fell in love once I realize that this really helps reduce the amount of dust and debris that we bring into our home. It’s incredible! Now that I look back, I wonder why I never was able to find some thing like this, because in general, we rely very heavily on rugs, and carpets to contain the dust and debris that we are tracking in and out of our homes, but this really gets our shoes so much cleaner and so quickly to . Our children have learned to use it quite easily as well. Since we do not have a drills onto the ground or floor, since we have concrete, we have been able to teach them to step on the sides that he has with 1 foot while scrapping their other foot on it, and then they simply switch sides and put their foot on the pedal, like base of it, and then scrap the other foot on it. When we are done gardening, this is very convenient as we usually track in some amount of mud even after trying to scrub it off on our outdoor rugs that are made for scraping off the dirt off your feet. With this, you really not only just get the soul of your shoe but also the bottom size and that is super convenient! I don’t think I can never live in another home without owning one of these again. I am considering even putting it out for when guest comes so that they can learn to use it although I don’t know who would be able to learn to use it or even understand it but with a little bit of guidance, I’m sure they would be all for it, and might even like it themselves.

This product really needs to be attached to something: * It's quite difficult to hold it with one foot while brushing the other foot - especially if there isn't a railing or doorway nearby to hold on to. * The frame is not rigid enough for it to be used alone which, leads to splitting of the wood brushes at their weakest point, which is the center line of the bristle holes. The wood is not treated nor the correct type to be left outside when not in use, so will degrade and cause failure fairly quickly. The brush bristles come out as a result of the splitting and degrading of the wood holders. I think you could mitigate this by attaching it to a backer board, particularly one with a lip that would drop over the edge of a walkway, to keep the frame from flexing and to keep the brushes in place as you pull your foot over/through them, then store it just inside the entry door so it's not exposed to the weather when not in use, but is retrievable from outside without tracking dirt/mud inside. It is definitely not durable enough for permanent installation outdoors in an open area that's exposed to rain and snow. If you do permanently install it you'll have difficulty removing the accumulation dirt that comes off your shoes/boots since you won't be able to just pick it up or turn it over. Quirks and durability aside, it does an adequate job of removing dirt from shoes/boots when operating at undegraded peak effency.
