Like that it is pre-cut to fit a normal sized baking tray with enough to overlap the edges of the tray. Each sheet is easily removed from the box that it was supplied in, although the box itself is the same size as a sheet so not so easily stored. The paper can be easily cut into the shape you need if the baking tray is smaller than a normal one. The storage box would be good for the bottom of a drawer without too much weight on top that could impede the removal of a single sheet or standing on its side in a cupboard. Good quality product. I love it.

I usually buy rolls of baking paper but decided to try these sheets instead. They are ideal for my purpose as I bake most things and the large sheets can be torn in half if I am using a small baking tray instead of a full-size one. They also come in a flat pack, which can be stored in any small space in a kitchen and is much more convenient than a roll in a box. I am delighted with this purchase and wish I had found this item a long time ago. I will definitely be purchasing more but as there are 100 sheets in the pack that won't be for a while.

These are easy to use, do the job and hold together though baking and boiling. We use them when we make bagels and cut them with adherent dough when we boil the bagels before baking. The paper is also good for freeszing. We did porcini mushroom pieces spread out on sheets as a first freezing and then packed pieces away in plastic bags. This way they don't stick together. Thye cam off the Zezazu easily . A bit pricey but worth it!

This is my second purchase and it is definitely value for money. I use it everyday and I love it when baking as I can easily cut to size without wastage. Nothing sticks to it and the paper does not burn when in the oven. I will continue to use this product. Highly recommend this product.

I like parchment and feel this is like most baking papers..nothing special... Serves its purpose...accept not on a roll, this comes as individual sheets. Found Several folded up on themselves inside Manufacturer packaging, so have to take care to unfold as removing, or the folded one tears several sheets. My only concern is opportunistic pricing due to Covid/lockdown and shipment of essential goods... roll usually costs between £3-4 this was £12. Just like a kg of plain flour now £6. I’m glad I have it.. and shall use sparingly or until prices return to normal. Also, way too much packaging, in a huge box, with packaging paper when a bag/envelope would have sufficed.

These sheets save me so much time as I do quite a lot of baking. Even if sometimes I might still need some cut grease proof, at least I can use one of these for the bottom of my tin.

Nice large, great quality paper. Nothing sticks to it! Have used to line roasting trays as well as when baking at it works brilliantly! Often paper remains so clean that it could be reused. Great packaging too! Easy to access and keeps paper in great condition. Ordering more :-)

Although more expensive than using parchment rolls, it is well worth the extra! Just being able to take a sheet from the pack to line baking trays is wonderful. With 100 sheets per pack it lasts for ages. This is my second pack, and I can thoroughly recommend.

Arriva in una pratica scatola che mantiene i fogli protetti . Ho preso la versione non candeggiata e mi sono trovato bene , l'ho utilizzata in forno anche per cotture a 230° e ha retto benissimo ed i fogli stesi sono di una comodità unica, anche come misura è perfetta per le teglie standard.

The package arrived on time and as described. I've been looking for a good quality parchment paper for baking for a few years. I need one that has strength, can fold and hold a crease, and that releases baked food easily. This paper does all of that, so I am very happy. Finally! Large sized sheets that fit perfectly on a large baking sheet -(like those purchased at Costco, half sheet pans). They cut easily with a sharp knife along a fold or with scissors, if cut in half they can be used for brownie pans or smaller pans, and work well in stoneware also. I have a set of Wilton 9" cake tins that I have used for decades. This weekend I had to make 4 layer cakes, after the first set was baked I had trouble with the side of the cakes sticking to the pans - this has never happened before so I hadn't placed any parchment along the sides. The base of the cake released without any trouble due to the parchment. The second set of cakes I added a strip of the parchment around the interior edges and the cakes released perfectly and had a great texture without too much browning as would be considered normal in baking. (Sometimes a baker has to remove the browned edge of a white or light coloured batter - I did not know that adding parchment might lesson the caramelization of the edge.) Any who, I really like this parchment and I can recommend it well! The box the papers are stored in is a perfect fit for the parchment and so it can be stored on end or side without the paper slipping out or folding over- I am sure this may not be the case as the amount of papers diminish over time. It is a sturdy little box, and has a secure but easy to open closure flap on the end. The papers are a natural tan/brown, and are nice enough for presentation or used as a doily type shield between food and the plate/tray. Cutting the paper to fit individual items is easy and can be held closed or secured with a sticker; which would make presenting something like individual brownies more convenient and acceptable for carry out. Bottom line: Totally recommend

Ce papier est parfait pour cuisiner: papillotes faciles à fermer et solides, fonds de tartes ou de gâteaux (j'en mets au fond de les moules à cake et rein ne colle). Le fait que ce soit en feuilles déjà découpées est très pratique. Seul bémol: pour les grands fonds de tarte (plus de 6 personnes) les feuilles sont un peu trop étroites.

I got this paper just to compare it with ordinary from the local grocery store. 4 stars for such ridiculous price, otherwise the paper is awesome. BUT 28 EUR, 28! For example, parchment paper from grocery store cost max 2.5e for 24 sheets, so about 10e for 100 sheets. it’s almost 3 times as much as ordinary, and 4-5times compare to the cheapest one. So, if this pack would cost around 18-20e, I’d give 5 stars. But who am i to set the prices )) anyway, thanks for the quality product. UPD: as promised, 5 stars! Lower price, same quality, thanks!

The parchment paper is good quality and easy to use. Paper is laid flat in a cardboard box keeping it clean and ready to use.
