Do u sell snails suitable for cold water or is this snail suitable to cold water?

The snails I ordered were for tropical aquariums.

Nerites will lay eggs in a freshwater tank, but need very specific conditions in order for them to hatch they need brackish water. Also, unusually for snails, Nerites are not hermaphrodite - they are either male or female, ut it isn't possible to tell which is which as there are no external sex characteristics. They are SUPERB at keeping algae under control, and they won't touch your live plants - I recommend them unreservedly. (Be careful though - they are great escape artists - make sure they can't get out of the tank.) Someone else has said that they have bred in their tank and they have dozens of baby snails - these will not be Nerites. It is more likely that some other species have hitched a lift on plants and will now be breeding merrily (and scoffing all the plants).

Are these ok with shrimp

My daughter has three of these snails with a couple of shrimp in the tank and they’ve been fine.

can they live outside in a pond?
