This Arama Corded Telephone Headset (Mono) with Noise-Canceling Mic has been great for calls. The noise-canceling microphone really helps cut down background noise, so the person on the other end hears me clearly every time. It’s comfortable to wear for long calls, and the mono design still lets me hear everything clearly while keeping one ear open to my surroundings. Easy to connect and works smoothly with my ShoreTel phone system. Overall — solid headset that does exactly what it’s supposed to! 👍📞

Thus far, I have been using it for a week, I am still higly satisfied over its sound quality and overall performance. It is easy to set and the microphone pickup was nice and clear. It blocks out a lot of noise from background, and breathing. So when we are talking to each other is more clearly. I felt the headset is quite soft and comfortable to wear too...It stays in place but not squeeze too hard to make extended wear unpleasant. Its all worth the money and seems to be a very good and useful partner at work. Will highly recommend for office work.

Great product if you need a budget friendly, basic wired the headset like me for hands free comfort and good clear sound quality. No more trying to cradle the phone been my head and shoulder making my neck sore. Installed in 5 minutes. If you spend a great deal of time on your headset, this may work for you, but I’d consider spending more on a higher end model. Just depends what you’re using it for and what features are important to you. Hope this helps 📞

I have been working at call central for 5 years. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! It was reasonably priced but still delivered high-quality sound. This sounds really, really good. The microphone does a great job of isolating my voice from background noise.I was really surprised. I find it very comfortable and have been on very long calls without feeling like my ear is being crushed against my skull.and good overall quality of the headset. It can be worn on either side of the head. I cannot speak on its durability as I have had it less than a year but for people that are on calls a lot, this is the best I have tried for business calls

It’s an awesome headset! I am having to do telework d/t the COVID quarantine and I bought this to help me with that. This works great with my landline phone at work, It installed easily into my landline phone, and the sound quality has been adequate. I glad I decided to treat myself with these. Not only can I hear the customer clearly and as crisp as ever. Completely muffles out all the background noise, to the point I can’t hear my coworkers around me! Very good quality and the price was amazing! There is a volume adjustment and mute switch button inline on the cord which helps for fine tuning the volume or mute mic. Highly recommend! I am beyond satisfied!

Absolutely fantastic! Love using this at work. Love that the speaker moves up and down. Very comfortable to keep on all day.

The headset works for what I need it for , I do not use it all day only for about 2-3 hrs. They is sometimes they can’t hear me or vis versus.
