It has a good balance between quality and price. I went to Best Buy and the video camera there certainly have a bigger brand name but not necessary worth the extra money. I found a couple of those have the same quality and technology but 2 to 3 times the price of this video camera. This is a small video camera that you can take it with you and take pictures and record your moments at any time. It is very cool and easy to learn how to use it. I like this nice video camera. It does its job at a very reasonable price.

I bought this camera after seeing mostly good reviews and for the low price, I figured I would give it a shot. I received it a few days before our trip to Disney World and was testing it out at home so I knew what to do on vacation. After a few minutes of using it, everything froze and the screen turned pink/purple and pixely. The power button would not work so the only way to restart the camera was by taking the battery out. I emailed the customer support and their only suggestion was to charge the batteries again and it would be fine on vacation. I recorded several days while we were there and we just got home a few days ago. I inserted the SD card into my laptop to watch all of the videos, and everything was black. I could hear the audio, but no picture was shown. When I was recording, I could see what I was recording on the screen, but for some reason now playing it all back, all I see is a black screen. This is very disappointing that I now have no video of our trip because of this crappy camera. Do not waste your money on this.

i bought to record my dad, and you can hear me well behind the camera, but the person in front-forget it. Overall a nice camera if the speaker worked better, I am returning. Like the old saying goes, You only get what you pay for

the price of this video camera was really great and it works pretty good. It's the perfect camera for me because it;s small and easy to carry around. I like the way it looks too. The only complaint I have is that it didn't come with a memory card, but maybe that's just the way cameras come. I don't know. Anyway, I like my new video camera.

So I bought this product to make videos of music covers. Pros: -The menus are easy to navigate and the controls are intuitive -Decent picture quality for my purposes (I'm sure one could find better elsewhere) Cons: -BATTERY LIFE (or rather lack thereof). I've only had this thing a few months, and only used it a few times. Today I was doing some recording and the battery died in the middle of a take after being on for only 10 minutes (it was charged to full the night before). Needless to say, that is rather impractical. -The charging port sucks. You have to plug it in JUUUUUUST right and mess around with it to get it to charge. Kind of annoying when you're only gonna get like 10 minutes of footage. -The charging cable it comes with is not long enough to be useful. Something like 3 feet. It can't reach to the top of my tripod, so I can't even have it plugged in while recording. -As others have said, the sound quality is low. However, that was irrelevant me, because I record audio separately. Seems like you have to spend a bit more to get something that works; don't spend $60 on this.
