This stuff is great. Grapefruit Salt is one of the best flavors LMNT has out (with Mango Chili a close second)

Sooooo delicious! It taste like a drink called “Paloma” except this is healthy and non alcoholic.

Delicious drink! Buyer beware, it is SALTY, but quite good. I was shocked when I drank one for the first time, but the Grapefruit and Citrus flavors are great. I didn’t care for the watermelon or cherry flavor personally. No nonsense ingredients either!

I’m 45 years old, and I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 15 years, training five days a week. On top of that, I run a 50-man construction crew across California, working in all kinds of conditions—cold, hot, and everything in between. I like the subtle grapefruit flavor which takes the edge off of the saltiness of the drink. It creates a bridge between a health drink and something you just buy to enjoy. No sugar, no caffeine. I feel safe letting my kids drink some of this. I would warn the buyer that LMNT is a salty beverage, and you can taste it. It is designed as an electrolyte replacement for people who exercise and lose electrolytes through sweating. But is great for those who lose electrolytes by using a sauna as well. I would try several flavors because they are vastly different in how they present themselves on the palate.

We love these. They are great hydration drinks and taste good! They do have a little salty taste but they are so good!!

I love the LMNT packets of powder, thought I’d try these cans to taste the carbonated version. Smell is great, flavor is nice but it does taste VERY salty to me. Like grapefruit sea water tbh. I have a much better experience with more watered down flat water and the powdered LMNT. I get more water in with powder in a shaker cup as well, I’ll stick to ordering packets from here on out! They mix well and taste very pleasant.
