Wish I could give 0 Stars
This product arrived with the lid cracked and the liquid completely dry inside. The bristles are stuck in the liquid they aren’t even on the nail brush. Unfortunately they do not allow you to return or get a refund. Save your time and money and go to Sally’s or another beauty supply store and get a base coat. Cheaper and easier to use. Guaranteed to not be dry and will work.

Item defective & no return policy—money down the drain
When I received and opened to use first time the item is defective (the actual brush is not attached to the top/cap and is glued shut Dried with the solution. Since I can’t return (return policy states) I have tried hot water, knifes, hitting, its stuck...so there’s 9.99 down the drain...
