I never received this. I know it had a long wait for delivery but it should have come by now. How do I get it?

Mine took something like six weeks to arrive. I don't recall exactly how long it took, but it was quite a while. You could always reach out to the seller.

What is the sodium content?

I don't know what the sodium content is, but considering that this stuff is $50.00 a bottle (and worth it!), I should think sodium content is the last thing you should be worrying about! However, one thing to consider is that this soy sauce is very strongly flavored. You will find yourself using very little at any give time, so I don't think the sodium content is something to worry about. For myself, I only use this soy sauce once in a while for something deserving of it. At this price, it's definitely not a daily soy sauce.

Do you need to refridgerate it once it's opened?

I would highly recommend doing so, if you look at their website you will see that they brew it in an old fashion way without alcohol or any other chemicals. And if I haven’t mentioned it yet, the stuff is fabulous! Game changing.
