Arrived quickly. Easy to rub in. Having the extra pain relief helped but at a greater price. Worth it if gives more pain relief.

Very good for painful areas.Unlike other gels it is quickly absorbed into the skin.I use it for my arthritic hands.It gives pain relief for a short while which is all you can expect.Buying from Amazon is a little cheaper and it arrived as expected so all good.

Helps me with dodgy elbow I needed surgery on about 30 years ago, and dodgy spine after I cracked my pelvis in a car accident 35 years ago. Never bothered me for a long time but old age sucks and blows!

Relieves pain temporarily for about 6 hours.Certainly not for 12 hours.Application easy and pleasant non greasy.
