I’ve been buying Nature’s way products for many years especially for my Son who is a fussy eater and a vegetarian. I’m trying to get as much goodness in him as possible when he won’t eat a wide variety of food is extremely difficult and stressful… these gummies for children have been a real blessing and given me some peace of mind. My son absolutely loves the taste of them and even reminds me to give him two with his breakfast. Children over 4yrs old can have two. Children 3-4 can have one. Previously he has always picked up common colds from school but after taking these he’s rarely poorly. They contain a triple action immune blend and contain vitamin C, Zinc and black elderberry extract. Elderberry is a great immune system booster. Black Elderberry is rich in flavonoids that stimulate the immune system, therefore, Black Elderberry extract provides reliable protection against colds and viral diseases. Elderberry has anti-inflammatory properties. Vitamin C helps to strengthen the immune defense, return lost strength, and normalize metabolic processes. Zinc enhances the action of elderberry and protects the body from the negative effects of free radicals. Gelatin free. The gummies themselves resemble grapes and the elderberry flavour tastes more like a sweet than a supplement. They taste great, suitable for vegetarians and work! What’s not to like. Expiry date for my one was one year. Child safety cap. Hygienically sealed. £15.99 is the same price as in my local health food shop so competitively priced. I’m very happy to recommend and I hope I’ve helped ☺️

These taste delicious so make sure you keep them out of young children's reach as they are just like yummy gummy sweets. Certainly a pleasant way for kids to take their supplements. Elderberry is supposed to be excellent for immune support, so these must have a good effect on the system.
