Great buy !
So far I've had no problems with this walking pad ! It's so easy to use and it feels very sturdy. I also like that you can use the walking pad with the handbar up or down, so if you want you can use it with a standing desk or by itself. It also came much quicker than expected and customer service has been great. The stand to rest your phone on came with a crack in it, and the company was so quick to send a replacement! Would definitely recommend!

Very Nice Out of the Box Ready!
Impressive - out of the box ready to go in a few minutes! I am shocked how nice this is for the price. It is so quiet (at the moment) you can barely hear that its on. Walking on it seems very easy for the size of it, the width of it and the sound of footprints makes no difference and I'm not a lightweight. I was looking to walk several times a day as I live in a state that can be compared to the surface of the sun and I am recovering from a debilitating long recovery time foot injury. Too unforgiving on pavement to walk. I was able to bring this in the house myself, unbox it, read and UNDERSTAND the instructions. The only thing I had to put together was once the handles were up, I had to turn the big knobs provided to hold the handles in place. It has a cool digital status bar at the bottom, an ipad stand (nice one) and it provides a count down to start and stop. Quite a nice product, not too heavy but sturdy, stable and way nicer than I was expecting. It might be too heavy to move around but it does fold nicely and unfold easier than I expected. The only "downside" I can say is that the height adjustment is a little clunky, but I am guessing once you graduate to a height, you probably stay there....otherwise, you have to lift one side to adjust the legs in the front on each side which requires squatting, one handed maneuvering and in my case, eye glasses. I am SUPER happy with my choice. I did a 4 hour chatbot session to decide my exact needs, goals and which choices qualified. I have only had it 4 hours but had to share my enthusiasm. Its pretty too! So far 10/10. Will share photo as I get some.

run for it!
I recently purchased this treadmill and overall, I'm satisfied with it. The biggest advantages are that it's very easy to install, doesn't take up much space, and can reach speeds of up to 5 mph. The motor runs quietly, and the unit feels sturdy and durable for everyday home use. My only complaint is the power plug. The prongs don't seem very sturdy, and one of them—the middle prong—broke off and became stuck in my outlet. Fortunately, the treadmill still works, but it's definitely a quality issue that should be addressed. Overall, I think this treadmill does exactly what it's supposed to do for home use. If you're looking for a compact, quiet treadmill for walking or light jogging, it's a solid option.

Great walking pad!
I’m really happy with this purchase! I’ve been walking on it daily at a fast speed, elevated, and it really gets my heart rate up! Great for when you want to walk but it’s too hot outside. My husband has jogged on it a few times too. It’s fairly quiet (my baby sleeps through it when I use it, it creates a kind of white noise I guess) and I love that it’s lightweight enough to move around and I can collapse it to fit under our bed or couch. I’ve never used a traditional treadmill so I can’t compare to using one of those, but the pad itself is long enough that I can fit a full stride (I’m 5’6” for reference). The little stand in the middle comfortably holds my phone. It does come with a fitness app that I haven’t used. I noticed the time/calories burned/distance traveled doesn’t match what my Apple Watch says, but it’s close enough that I’m not too concerned. Overall really happy to have this!

5-Star Reviews Don’t Tell Full Story
The problem is with everyone who gets it, uses it once then gives it a glowing review, forgetting to come back and update their review after about a year of regular use. OR those people have since stopped using the pad and it’s just sitting in a garage somewhere. So, everyone is under the impression that it’s a decent product overall. It’s not. This pad worked “good” for about 2 months. Then it started making a loud whining noise that I could hear above noise canceling earbuds with phone volume turned all the way up. Also vibrating violently at about the 30-minute mark. Reached out to the company who advised they “don’t really have a fix” for this type of issue and provided me with a partial refund for the item. Well, now after 14 months (and not using it nearly every day), it’s started vibrating every 5 minutes or so. There’s no way you can continue the workout. I’ve tightened the bolts, checked the belt, made sure components that could be tightened were tightened, lubricated the belt. It still vibrates and whines. I don’t even have it at the fastest setting. It’s only at 2.5 miles. Luckily I put insurance on this thing when I bought it. Not worth the $220 I paid.

Could use a couple tweaks in transportation design, but 5 stars for it's intended purpose
After owning a walking pad for a year +/-, I started seeing a lot about how an increased incline can make a difference. The walking pad I owned I loved, but the incline was very minimal, so I wanted to 'upgrade'. After searching, I bought this one and immediately felt the difference. It reminded me how I felt using an elliptical at the gym and having the incline ramped up. I highly recommend with a couple of personal notes; I wish you could 'lock' the handlebar in place in a lowered position. I understand you can't detach it as it's connected to the machine to track the safety piece is on, the display, controls, etc.. but I don't use the handlebar, so it would be nice if you could have it down and 'locked' in place. In connection with this, if you look to store this away from where you use it, as mentioned in a previous review, there are screws to lock the handlebar in place when using it, meaning using the handlebar during your workout. So if you go to store it without having the handlebar upright, you need to detach the screws. It takes seconds, but just an inconvenient pain. I would think a locking pin or something would be a nice alternative. Also, again connected and back to my note about locking the handlebar in place, when moving it, it's 'fumbly' whether using the wheels (which should be slightly bigger) or just carrying it. The handlebar sits flush to the sides of the pad, but as it doesn't lock in place, moves while you are transporting it. All of this is a moot point if you use the handlebar 100% of the time and don't move the pad. I reiterate, these are small inconveniences and don't take away from the pad itself, I am really loving it and would recommend easily.

Low cost, quality treadmill
From my wife: Exceeded my expectations and worth every penny. Easy to set up and holding up well so far. All treadmills make sound, this is no different. I personally do not find it to be overly loud, especially if you're playing music or watching tv or have a fan on. I did buy some felt furniture sliders, To make it easier to slide from one area to another. If you're not very mobile, you might need some help to adjust the the incline pieces. Be sure to read the instructions and follow them exactly. I don't put my walking treadmill away, if I needed to do that, it would be easy enough. In order to remove the safety rail, knobs on the base on each side need to be removed to take off rails. I'm sure that is in order to keep the price well under a more than reasonable price. I was able to set up on my own however, the instructions do indicate that two people should lift the equipment out of the box. It is a bit heavy, and I would suggest that as well. I did not have to call the company or email them for any technical support, However that information was sent to me. In case i did needed some help.

Great treadmill
I purchased this treadmill/walking pad after comparing other models and reviews, I found this checked all the features I wanted. When I received the treadmill, I was pleased with the purchase and performance. I had a few questions, and the support team immediately answered them. I have been happy with my purchase and look forward to walking my way to better health.

Compact but sturdy!
This walking pad is great. I received it today, the box size is manageable for one person to carry. Set up was a breeze with good instructions. Plugged it in and got walking. The belt feels a bit sluggish at very low speeds but once you increase the speed it glides along perfectly. It’s nice that it has the handle and safety key. I like the grippy phone stand. It’s not a super long belt, but for someone of shorter stature like myself, it is more than sufficient in terms of stride length. The beeping is loud and annoying when it turns on, that’s literally the only downfall so far. Haven’t tried the incline yet but happy to have the option to use it. If you’re on the fence about this walking pad just go for it! Will update if I have any issues with this walking pad.

Good value, well made
Product is well made, quiet, easy to assemble. Does not take up much space. First treadmill I’ve owned. Take care when using for the first time. I found myself feeling a little woozy when I got off. Slow the treadmill gradually when you’re still getting used to it. I find myself needing bars on the side to help maintain balance but this unit just has a front bar which is fairly low. Fine if you’re a smaller person. I’ve found it helps to have walking sticks planted on each side to help with balance. All in all it seems to be good value. Hopefully as I continue to use it, issues such as balance will get better.
