Ghost Shrimp securing thread
This is the business for wrapping bait onto a hook. Read about it in a " Ghost Shrimp " article. This is not what it is intended for but it holds bait to the hook and drastically reduces the need to rebait . Doesn't reduce the attractiveness of the bait at all .........Good stuff!!!!!!!!

A hand-knitter's problem solver
This did the job well. I had knitted two tops that were too lose at the shoulders/neckline, and sewed this through the stitches just below the cast-off stitches. This was an invisible solution and the tops fit well now.

Perfect for card gimmicks/Flap cards
This stuff is spot on for making magic tricks like the Flap card. Its strong but super thin. Would highly recommend 👌

I'm Sure it Works Fine But...
I purchased this product to sew some waistbands on my garments and this type of thread is NOT meant for sewing machines. It's more like for like the thread used when knitting socks. This does NOT work on sewing machines! You can't pull the bobbin thread through the tray nor does the thread feed through the machine. There's a Stretch Thread that's used for sewing machines. I purchased it on Amazon the same day. THAT thread is meant for sewing machine use. It feeds through perfect and do not pop when you're trying on the garment. Purchase that kind of thread. Stretch Thread comes in all colors as well.

Perfect for adding stretch to crochet clothes!
This was very easy to use while I crocheted a granny square dress. You can easily just hold the elastic thread together with whatever yarn you’re using to make a stretchy garment. If you’re looking to use the elastic material to have a garment be able to stretch larger while still retaining its shape/size when not worn you’ll need to use a larger crochet hook to get the size stitch you want, as incorporating the stretchy thread scrunches stitches up. I hope that makes sense but either way this is a great product!

Transparent does not mean invisible (at least with dark yarn)
This was my first time using knit-in elastic and it involved a bit of trial and error. For example, I found that the fabric was dragging on my cord (not surprising in retrospect), so I switched to metal DPNs and it was fine. I knew that the elastic would not be fully invisible but I was disappointed with how visible it is with black yarn. I've ordered the Prym Elastic Sewing Thread - Black and will test if it knits up the same. I thought that the elastic would pull in the stitches but it didn't really do that, the fabric was just more elastic (!) and firm. I'm not sure I could have tensioned it to be tighter. (I read that overtightening is a problem when you sew into the back of an already knit piece.) Apart from the visibility issue, this would have been perfectly fine for my intended use.

Garbage
I wish I could say how well it works but it is impossible to find where the end starts. Waste of money.

Exactly what I needed. Perfect for making flap cards and such.

Molto utile da unire al filato di lana o cotone quando si lavorano i bordi delle maglie ai ferri per mantenerli elastici anche dopo molti lavaggi .

I am not using this for the way it was intended, but to represent cords on scale models. It is perfect for antennas and wing rigging on biplanes.=, especially the latter as it provides elasticity and makes the process a wee bit easier. Looks realistic on scales 1:48 and 1:32, however for lower scales (1:72) I am using very thin copper wire found on regular appliance cabling, otherwise this thread will look very thick and will ruin the realism illusion of the model. The price is also superb, a lot cheaper than my in local hobby store, so great value for money. One roll will last forever.
