Excellent Quality โ A Reliable Knife & Sheath for Camping
Iโve been using this knife and sheath on multiple camping trips, and Iโm genuinely impressed with how well-made and dependable it is. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell the quality was a step above most knives in this price range. The blade is strong, sharp, and holds its edge extremely well. Iโve used it for everything from prepping food to cutting rope, carving wood, and small survival tasks, and it performs consistently every time. It has enough weight to feel solid and balanced in the hand, but not so heavy that it becomes a burden to carry. The handle has great grip, even when my hands are wet, and it feels ergonomic enough for long periods of use without hotspots or discomfort. You can tell the materials were chosen with durability in mind. The sheath deserves its own praise โ itโs sturdy, well-constructed, and fits the knife perfectly. The retention is secure without being stiff, and the belt loop makes it easy to carry around camp. It protects the blade well and gives quick, safe access when I need it. Overall, this knife and sheath set has become one of my go-to camping tools. Itโs reliable, durable, and clearly built to last. If youโre looking for a well-made knife that can handle real outdoor use, this one is absolutely worth it.

Thick, Strong & Durable!
โOerla, please round out the lanyard hole โhot spotโ! The smaller size of this knife causes that corner to create discomfort in the palm of your hand.โ โOther than that, I love this knife! Itโs heavy in the hand so is an effective small chopper due to that weight. Itโs very sharp and easily maintained, due to the 440c stainless steel blade. Small size, big duty capable. The thick full tang blade can move away from the picnic table and into the brush for some heavy duty bushcraft! This smaller sturdy knife can take a lot of punishment in the woods, itโs a knife you can easily carry, stow, or build tools with. The paddle sheath makes this easy to shove in your back pocket for quick access. G10 scales, thick 440c steel, and a bushcraft workhorse! Get rid of the โRamboโ show pieces, and get a smaller blade with the strength and durability of any โRamboโ type con.โ

Must have knife for any knife enthusiast!! Buy it you wont have any regrets!
Amazing product, has great weight, stays I sheath just a tiny bit of movement but will not fall off even with a ton of shaking it upside down. I recommend this to anyone, the teklok allows you to carry in many positions all over the body and very concealable, fits on every size belt with belt size adjustments and even goes as small as molle straps. Great out doors knive with a razor sharp blade and the blade is very thick, feels very sturdy in and has the thickest blade out of all knives I have. Very ergonomic in the hand but the handle is a little short for bigger hands. I will keep this knife forever and I can't wait to put it to the test in all of my outdoor activities. In would recommend this to everyone, every person should have this bad boy. I was scared it had no reviews but I know it deserves the best. I took a chance buying it but for the quality I am very pleased.

An admirable knife!
How I LOVED this knife! It instantly shouted out QUALITY, beauty, and functionalityโif your hand is not too big. Unfortunately my hand was just a tad too large for a safe tactical use. Iโve been torn between its flawless beauty and functional superiorityโand my need of that 1 more inch in handle length. I will not forget this knife, and on a better day, put it in my collection. The sheath? Itโs much better than some have depicted it. Vertical AND horizontal carry options means that Oerle cared to do it right. Hmmโฆ. Did I just talk myself into giving this tool another try? Maybe!!

5 finger knife
I have bought 2 knives from this company. The firstTAC OLL-005 Which I rated highly. Add note that I would probably buy a second which I did. This time, the OLF-1009 Now to the rating. The blade is 5 finger in length. Likewise, the handle is also 5 finger and length. Makes it the perfect field Knife Big enough to get the job done. Not big enough to injure the operator. Blade thickness is just about perfect. Giving it enough backbone to get the toughest job done. It's a little heavier on the heavy side, which is indicative of quality knife steel. Out of the box, it's razor-sharp, be careful. A heavier knife tends to be easier to use. As for the handle, it is a very nice size. Fits my average male hand well. As for the sheath, The kydex design as pros and cons. It can flip from horizontal to vertical. And in the vertical it carries high. My personal feelings is at this knife would be better served with a good quality leather Thumbbreak sheath ( Designed for a tactical belt clip) As the Kydex sheath, Is tough to remove and is inherently noisy. I'm thinking that this is gonna become my go to all around carry knife. This knife is rivaling a knife. That I paid 3 times The money for

Excellent blade for a dollar store price.
So, knife just arrived today. Packaging was perfect: not too excessive or hard to open, came in a black rectangular box. First thing I noticed when I removed the sheathed knife from its foam form was the weight. Immediately it had a sturdy feel, and I had an erection. Unsheathing the blade is fluid, and it pops right back into place and will only accidentally come out of the sheath when a force MUCH in excess of that experienced by any sort of labor will produce. Examining the tang first, it is obvious this was produced using a substantial piece of high-quality steel. The handle is well constructed and solid, the edges of tang, including the hole for the lanyard, did not have sharp edges on my own knife, but I have read such on other reviews. Fresh out of the box, blade sliced paper as effortlessly as though it were slicing through a gentle breeze. Whittled a stick into a fine point immediately after said paper test, to similar result. My only concern is that the belt clip likely WILL break under a nominal load of stress, in time. Otherwise, the size is perfectly concealable if you're not in the business of advertising a blades presence on your person. Perfect, because I use my folding knives for utility and only intend to use this blade to defend myself should my life, or anybody else's life for that matter, be threatened by its prey.

A sharp and durable knife
I've had this for three years now and carried it daily with me as a food knife. Still in great condition, stays in sheath, the snap did break but i don't really mind. This knife is sharp and durable. Will 100% buy again, might even just but it to have a few spares.

the good. the bad & the ugly
1st. knife ITSELF overall is pretty good. for the price point, its a good value and is the "good" in this trio. Seems well built and nicely crafted. Arrived sharp with no obvious defects. It is on the small size. If you are looking for a 'full sized' knife, this isnt it. Think small camp knife a bit larger than most pocket folders in size. The bad. The sheath. Very thin, folded 1 piece that is clearly very cheaply made. no tension screw, economy rivets and does not appear as though its anything but a economy piece, added in to say the knife includes a sheath. The Ugly..OMG I would not have bought at all, had I realized the sheath belt clip arrangement. To put it simply..its garbage. Retained by 2 screws thru the sheath grommets ON ONE SIDE only, so the opposing side of the boxy, chunky "clip" just sorta..flops around and given any hard use at all, will in short order break/rip away from the sheath. It does not fit the sheath or design properly at all. Sadly, this could be a great set of kit, but the manf completely cheaped out on the other half of the set up! In brief: buy this for the blade only. find a better sheath.
